Gorgeous central 3 bed house free parking & garden

AnikaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
A home away from home ❤️ The house was lovely, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I was travelling with parents and a small child - so split levels meant everyone could have their own space and a big communal area on the ground floor which was perfect for us all. Location was great. A short cab ride into town, but walkable too. Close by to Arthur’s Seat, which is a must to do while in Edinburgh. Karen and Carina are amazing hosts, very responsive and went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend! Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage is very cozy and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. Our toddler especially loved exploring outside and had a great time running around the old Kirk next door. A lovely, peaceful spot—we’d definitely stay again!

Ashtrees Cottage

HollyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I have no word that truly captures this place. It is centrally located for folks who want to explore the highlands, lowlands and anywhere in between. The home was SO cozy and Maggie welcomed us like family, sharing her local knowledge of the best places to visit, great scenic routes to get there, and absolutely THE best restaurants around. The home had comfy bedding, a cozy living room complete with wood burning stove for those chilly nights, and a oversized tub to soak away the day. Maggie even had milk and orange juice in the refrigerator waiting for our coffee and tea. The scenery is second to none, surrounded by picturesque hills and a view of the Loch. I could stay here forever.

Such a cute, cozy cottage! We only stayed one night but with all the included amenities, it would be perfect for a longer stay. Only a short drive to Dunbar where we found places to eat dinner and breakfast.

Stunning holiday 'Retreat' with WOW factor!

JulieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
What stunning views and such a tranquil location. Loved our stay and hosts were so accommodating when we were a little late and they opened up for our grocery delivery driver! We are a family of four with a dog and loved using the enclosed garden, bbq and fire pit. Beds are comfortable and showers are super. Even the sofa bed is great! Would stay again. Many thanks to Jane!

Luxurious Edinburgh Lodge/Cabin Style & Comfort

ChrissyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
What can i say? Firstly; communication was the best i have ever had and ive been using Air BNB for well over a decade. I even got a message to wish me good luck on my marathon (the reason i was in Scotland). Caroline goes above and beyond - like way above and beyond to make sure everything you need is there - when it says luxury it really is - and all the small attention to detail makes a huge difference- lots of tea and coffee, bathroom supplies, towels, treats for the kids (above and beyond as i said). The place itself is large and when the weather is right you can use the wonderful outdoor area - its super cosy and modern and has all the amenities you would need - Netflix, Sonos speakers, XBox... Forget the TV though, youre right on the beach and close to lovely coastal towns - and 30 minutes from Edinburgh so location is gorgeous. Caroline is a fantastic host, the cabin is beautiful and i wish her every success for her Air BnB - she truly deserves it.

Iconic Beach-Front Fisherman’s Cottage

ToddRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This a homely and characterful property right next to the sea on the edge of Pittenweem. It’s a short walk to several lovely cafes, a basic local store and the like. Though there is no direct car access, there is free public car parking 100yd or so away and we never had a problem finding a space. The house is warm, clean and nicely furnished with a spacious kitchen/living area and good-sized bedrooms. It was ideal to feel tucked away from the main tourist areas of Pittenweem - it was remarkably quiet at night - while retaining quick and easy access to amenities. Pittenweem is a great base for exploring Scotland’s beautiful east coast, with multiple beaches a short drive away. The only downsides were not having a supermarket within walking distance and having to take our own refuse and recycling away due to the lack of kerbside collections. Overall this was a delightful holiday home and location for our family and we would stay again.
The main living area is furnished with a spacious sectional sofa, providing ample seating. A cozy armchair is positioned nearby, and a dining area is visible in the background. Natural light enters through large windows, illuminating the neutral-colored interior.

Priscilla, Queen of the Caravans @ Seton Sands

Lovely host, very amenable and flexible. I booked for one day and ended up booking another day because of the place and surroundings. The host went out of her way to get me refunded the extra days cleaning fee. Would definitely recommend. Only had one bad point which is there was a spiderweb above the bed. Overall lovely host, lovely home, and beautiful area with lots to do and explore.

A spacious, quiet and comfortable apartment. Short walk to the Meadows and to a bus stop for a couple of different regular bus service routes towards Princes Street etc. Very nicely furnished and well equipped - we were three adults and could easily have spent a week or two here. Glenn sent clear messages and was easy to contact. A great stay.

Seafront apartment in beautiful Kinghorn

EricaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We loved staying in Dan and Alex's home! It had everything you could possibly need, spotlessly clean, tidy, loads if linen, towels etc. And the views from the lounge and kitchen windows were absolutely spectacular!! Also the WiFi and tv were excellent! Lovely walks along the beach and surrounding areas and beautiful sunsets! Also the town had good local shops and the locals were extremely friendly. If you needed a big shop, Kirkaldy was only just over 2 miles away with a large Morrisons and a Lidls across the road plus an Aldi's about a mile further on. The Kinghorn fish & chip shop directly up the hill from Barton Buildings was excellent, very reasonable and friendly staff! All in all, we'd definitely go back to Kinghorn and would recommend Dan and Alex's flat to everyone!!

Tidal pool at Pitenween for the brave swimmers. Anstruther has large Co-op and Bread and Beer on front is lovely in the evening. Had 4-5 days of glorious weather in the East Neuk. The Barns Tower was such an amazing experience during our visit to Scotland! We wanted a castle experience and we got just that! Such a lovely place that was peaceful and quiet. The grounds were perfect for evening walks in the quiet country side. The tour of Nedipath Castle was an amazing opportunity as well! We happen to be in town during the Beltane Festival, which was awesome!!

Fleur was so friendly and helpful! Check in was easy and the area simply couldn’t be beat. Walkable to the best shops and bakeries in Edinburgh! The bothy is small, but surprisingly spacious and three of us slept comfortably over three nights with no issues! Fleur was very proactive in recommending parks and places to go see, and was so friendly! There is a lovely little window seat that we loved relaxing in after a day of exploring. Really a pleasure staying here!
