Monthly Rentals in Portobello

Enjoyed staying at Claire’s home a lot. It is a gorgeous and very bright flat with charm and everything needed (e.g. great kitchen equipment). It was just a shame that the dishwasher was broken. The bed is very comfy and there is enough storage room. I also loved the neighbourhood, quiet but everything in walking distance. Porty is lovely with its cosy cafes, local restaurants and charity shops. And its amazing beach of course! What I loved most are the stunning views from the flat, especially the seaview from the bedroom - watching the sunrise in the morning was beautiful. The sea promenade is a minute walk away, so is the bus stop which is just round the corner and it is only a 30 min bus drive to Edinburgh city center. Claire is a fantastic superhost and let you feel very welcome. Would definitely come back and recommend to others!

I loved the little cottage in the garden. I would recommend it to anyone that is staying to see Edinburgh but doesn’t want to be right in the middle of it all. A quick 20 minute bus ride and you are there. Sandra and Sturt are amazing hosts.

We stayed at Judy’s place for over a month and truly felt at home during our time there. The apartment is cosy, well-equipped, and located in a beautiful and quiet area with great access to public transport, shops, cafés, and the beach. Judy was a thoughtful and communicative host—always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. She made sure we had everything we needed and even surprised us with a lovely gift at the end of our stay, which we really appreciated. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we’re grateful for the warm hospitality. Highly recommend this place for both short and longer stays!

Beautiful cottage with easy walk to the beach and regular buses into the city. Would definitely stay here again.
