Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!

A very warm and personal welcome from Eva who met us at the charming rustic house and showed us round. The house is well located for the beaches and historic towns and cities of the Po Delta. It is situated on a busy road but has off road parking. Its in the Po Delta so beware of mosquitos and take insect repellent.

Olga's home in Venice is lovely! Very Venetian, cozy and homey. Olga and Francesca were incredibly helpful and responsive to anything that came up and provided recommendations on restaurants and cafes nearby which was very kind. Everything worked well for our family, kitchen has everything you would need, rooms were well set up - the heating wasn't working great in one room when we arrived but Olga and team were incredibly quick to respond and help with a fix which was perfect and worked great for the remainder of our stay. The location is ideal and easy walking to everything in Venice while still being on a quiet canal. While it was too cold to properly use the outside space, we all said we wanted to come back and stay again in the warmer months because the patio and terrace were lovely and would be so wonderful to enjoy in warmer weather. A lovely home and Olga was a great host! We visit Venice often and hope to stay here again!

We booked at short notice Barbara was always available, so we were also able to organize ourselves spontaneously with 5 people. We were also able to bring our dog and a fence was added for this, so we could also use the garden, which is usually a parking space, for us. The bungalow is exactly as shown in the pictures. There is everything you need for self-catering and even dishwasher, sponges, kitchen towels... I didn't have to buy anything extra, totally great. Barbara is almost always available, since she works in the shop on the premises, she gave us good tips. The beach, the campsite next door and the surroundings are very nice, we were there as a family and will be back for sure. Relaxed holidays with trip to venezia.

Our stay in Punta Sabbioni was truly enjoyable. We stayed in a very comfortable bungalow, well-kept and equipped with everything we needed to relax. A special thanks to Simone, who welcomed us wonderfully. Even though we arrived late, he kindly waited for us and greeted us with a genuine smile. His kindness is top-notch! It’s rare to find such authentic and attentive hospitality. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back!

We spent 4 wonderful days on the Po Delta in ca' Filomena. Giuliano and Filomena are two great hosts. They are very helpful and made us feel like we were at home, spoiling us a little. Giuliano is truly in love with the place where he lives and transmits this passion through his stories and tips on what to visit. The apartment was perfect for a family of four and there was really nothing missing; bicycles were also provided free of charge to go exploring the surroundings. Highly recommended!

This was the second time that we had stayed at Giulia's apartment. it was as good as the first. It's a beautiful place to stay , very well appointed and very very comfortable. The views over the Grand Canal were sensational. its only a very short walk to anything you could possibly need. Hopefully we will be back
