In the medieval heart of downtown Ferrara

Elegant apartment, located on the first of two floors of a building from the 400, bound to the fine arts, in the medieval heart of the historical center. 350 meters from the Cathedral. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. The house is equipped with all comforts to enjoy the city: internet, satellite TV, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher. The Cathedral Square can be reached in two minutes on foot and there are many shops of all kinds nearby.

The attic is a beautiful "nest" in the center: it is located a few minutes from the three main squares of the city, the Teatro Sociale and the Conservatory. In 10/15 minutes on foot you can reach the train station from which you can quickly reach beautiful cities of art: Venice, Padua, Bologna, Florence, Verona... It is a unique environment with the master bedroom on the mezzanine. The sofa becomes a bed and therefore the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people but is ideal for 2.

Given its central location, the apartment is in the ZTL area, so access by private transportation is not allowed. However, in the surrounding areas you can park both for free and for a fee. The studio apartment has been recently renovated and is equipped with all the comforts of home.

Our guests will be issued a temporary permit (15 minutes) allowing them to unload their luggage. A free parking is situated at just 500 mt. Train station is reachable in 15 min. walking. Historical & artistic sites as well as shops, cafés and restaurants are within a walking distance.

From Rovigo city only 15 minutes. 1 hour from Venice and Bologna airports. A little more Verona, Vicenza and Asiago. The Po Delta Natural Park is 50 minutes away.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is located both in the center of the village and in the center of the Po Delta park, which has recently become a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The sea is a few kilometers away (ca 10 min).
