Accommodation with a sea view where it is worth spending one or more nights to relax. Great for proximity to supermarkets, tobacco shops, a pharmacy, and any other useful service. You can reach the waterfront and the beaches of Roseto very easily.

We loved our stay at Lucia's apartment. The amenitites were as described in the listing with accurate photographs and the accommodation was extremely comfortable. The surrounding area had great shops, restuarants, and bars for evening meals and drinks. There is a supermarket 25 meters away from the aparment which was so convenient if you wanted to stay in and cook a meal. We felt very relaxed and at home. It was superb! Lucia was always there to help us if we messaged and the apartment was very easy to find with clear instructions for the use of the apartment, parking, local restuarants, and attractions. We are grateful for Lucia's help and would love to stay again! Thank you Lucia!

Exceptional experience. Wonderful host. A charming house with soundproof windows, a laundry area, and a garage for beach toys and bicycles. Everything perfect. Apartment 3 minutes from the sea. All amenities on the doorstep. Practically in the center. Apartment with all the comforts and super clean, cozy. An experience to be repeated.

We loved the wonderful home and Leonardo is an exceptional host- the best! Our week in wonderful Sirolo went by too quickly and Leonardo’s place was the perfect base for us to enjoy the village, hikes and swims at nearby beaches. Look no further- for a perfect place to stay in Sirolo.

Very cozy home for us and our 8-month-old twins. Well-maintained beds with excellent mattresses. Tidy and very clean with a super stocked kitchen. The presence of a vacuum cleaner, which with two babies always on the floor, was very useful. Beautiful balcony for many dinners and lunches with spectacular views! The very welcoming beach resort with young and dynamic staff. Recommended!

stayed at a large sea view accommodation with my family, just cross the street and you are immediately on the free beach where, however, umbrellas and sun loungers are offered by the structure for free, impeccable accommodation, clean, new and complete with every comfort, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine and smart TV, it seems to be at home. We found this property by chance and were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really fantastic Host, when we arrived he gave us all the relevant information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, all completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and beach facility included definitely makes the stay even more enjoyable. In addition to these great strengths is the centrality of the apartment really convenient for everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking at most 5 minutes, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the town center. A really fantastic solution. Highly recommended

we spent a week at Antonella's place and it was a fantastic week. The apartment is spacious, clean, tidy, nothing is missing! The context of the residence is very convenient for both the beach and the surroundings, the area is wonderful and worth visiting. Simone was always available, communicated proactively with us. The apartment is nice, everything is available. In addition, bicycles are available that allow you to ride on the bike paths, for example, to the port or to San Benedetto.

The apartment was an excellent choice. Conveniently located, close to the sea and the center. The accommodation was very clean, dust allergy proof! Well-furnished and well-stocked. Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.
