We found this property by chance and were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really fantastic Host, when we arrived he gave us all the relevant information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, all completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and beach facility included definitely makes the stay even more enjoyable. In addition to these great strengths is the centrality of the apartment really convenient for everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking at most 5 minutes, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the town center. A really fantastic solution. Highly recommended

We had a great time in this beautiful home overlooking the Marche hills. The interior spaces are large, the pool is super refreshing and spacious, the view for us who are in the city was beautiful. The large kitchen, as well as the living room. We were warm in the rooms because there is no air conditioning but only fans, but August was hot everywhere and at least we had the pool to dive in. We found the pantry full of delicacies for breakfast and also eggs, fruits and vegetables from the garden from which you can draw. We were highly recommended about restaurants. The bathrooms are 2 plus a service one, while the listing shows that it is 3.5; however, it was not a problem for us.

The experience at Mr. Sergio's apartment was very positive. The flexibility in check-in time was much appreciated, as was the host's kindness and availability. The property, located in the heart of the historic center, is spacious, on two levels and perfectly combines the old with the modern. The ground floor houses a cozy living area with equipped kitchen and bathroom, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The double bed, in particular, is extremely comfortable, thanks to the mattress and very soft pillows. The panoramic view from the windows is simply enchanting, offering an oasis of tranquility and direct contact with nature. The location is strategic: parking is easily available in the immediate vicinity, ensuring convenient access to the apartment. Overall, I highly recommend this place to those looking for a quiet and quaint place. I'll definitely be back!

Delightful house, furnished in an extremely pleasant way, with complete equipment, air conditioning, fenced garden space perfect for a dog, in a secluded and quiet area but close to two villages and a short distance from the beaches of Anconetano and Conero (20-35 minutes). Emanuela was very kind and helpful, and helped us when we had problems. We highly recommend it.

Country house, ideal for relaxing in peace, and at the same time very close to Macerata which allows you to enjoy all the advantages of a small town (cultural outings, museums...). Teresa and Roberto are adorable, the pool allows you to cool off, and the loungers enjoy the beautiful starry sky.

Carla and her sons are wonderful hosts! The whole property is a dream, from the pool to the fantastic restaurant - where you are spoiled with culinary delights! We would love to come back!

He had made a list of the best spots in town and the region so we didn't even have to plan on we're to go or what to do because of the great recommendations. Cordiality, availability and kindness towards the guest! The house is located on the second floor of a very nice building, with an elevator. We found the house heated! Highly recommended!

With my husband we stayed a week in Silvia's apartment: great location, a few minutes walk from the sea; apartment clean and complete with everything. Indoor parking; possibility to use two bicycles. We stayed two weeks in this apartment I can only say that the level of hospitality is really rare! There's all the essentials in the house. In addition, Valter and Daniela offer you everything you need for a great breakfast and a wonderful bread from the L'Aquila. It doesn't get any more Italian than that. We lived 2 days in a beautiful villa from 1850 on a hill between the worth-visiting Ascoli Piceno, a young lively city, and .. the Adriatic, St. Benedetto. We dropped some plans to have as much time as possible in the villa. Leonardo and Vincenzo are extremely kind and thoughtful hosts. And they made us feel free to move around the house and the beautiful garden. We spent wonderful hours in the salon and on the spacious terrace, where we even danced... For friends of a time travel to the 19th century... We loved it. Thank you

Our stay was very pleasant thanks to Laura's kindness and availability and the comfort of the accommodation. The location is great, it allows you to get to the beaches in 10 minutes by car, or to visit the beautiful surrounding villages. We really enjoyed the abundant and varied breakfast as well as the fresh fruit, always available. Laura also gave us useful tips on places and places to eat.
