Vacation rentals with a patio in Porto Santa Margherita

If I can give it 10 stars, I would! We were lost during our trip and could not make the agreed upon check-in time but Alessandro did the impossible and performed miracles so we could still check in despite how late we were. He was incredibly friendly and kind while also being proactive--he helped us check in easily, asked us about the apartment and our time there the next morning, and he even gave us delicious recommendations for food nearby (only 4 minutes away and one that was 1 minute away). The airbnb is beautiful and comfortable, the neighborhood is gorgeous, and everything is quiet and peaceful. Lovely place, lovely host!

We had a fantastic stay at Maurizio's charming cottage! The place was spotlessly clean and had a special flair that made it really unique. Especially great was the pool for exclusive use - perfect for cooling off and thanks to the whirlpool function for relaxing. The huge property with large garden offered plenty of space for our children to play. There is also a barbecue area. Our host was super friendly, lived right next door, but still always left us our privacy. If we had any questions, he was always available and helpful. We also received very good tips from him on restaurants and activities. The location was ideal for us - both beach days and city trips were easily possible. Especially pleasant: we were able to park directly on the property, which made the car safe. Overall a fantastic stay for families or couples who want to enjoy peace and quiet and plenty of space. We will be back!

Really sweet room, everything very clean, everything you need was available! The view from the roof terrace was a dream to be a dream to be! Communication was also great, quick answers. We'd love to come back! ☺️

Excellent place, very good location

The accommodation has charm, is beautiful and has an optimal room layout, which is also spacious. Everything looks clean and well-maintained, designed with attention to detail and it has character and contains little things that tell stories. The outdoor area is also nicely designed with a garden, deck chair and seating furniture with a large modern umbrella as a shade dispenser, and more. There's even a carport, which is really an advantage. The owners, who live privately above the accommodation, are two people who have their heart in the right place. They are incredibly likeable, courteous, helpful, always available, interested, generous, cheerful and inspiring. You made this stay, which was already totally beautiful, perfect. In summary, it can be said that two special people have built something special here and give special moments without being intrusive. The location was also optimal in my case. Thanks!

We stayed at Anna's place for 10 days. The apartment is very clean and cozy. In addition, it has everything you need. The location is very convenient: only a few minutes to the sea. Anna was very kind, responded quickly and even left us breakfast! We were impressed with the hospitality. There is good internet in the apartment, so I could work without any problems. It is also convenient to park the car. I will recommend Anna to my friends!

Tanja and Darko welcomed us in a loving way. Smiling and always available, they gave us all the useful information to explore the area and pampered us by offering us products from their territory and an excellent snack prepared by Tanja. The accommodation is extremely well-kept and very clean, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, parking, and a small fenced garden perfect for traveling with your dog. Located in a quiet and convenient area to reach the sea with a few minutes' walk. A convenience store, a bakery, and a restaurant are also within walking distance. Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!!

Mrs. Annalisa was very kind and helpful to me despite the delay due to work problems. The accommodation is excellent and equipped with everything you need. I will definitely be back next year if possible.

Nicola is an exceptional host! Not only was the house clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as it was described in the pictures, but we also felt right at home due to his friendliness and kindness. He is always willing to help, providing any information he can about the house, means of getting there, recommendations for sights and restaurants, etc. The house is very organised and clean, with a beautiful garden to relax. The neighbourhood is quiet, but very close to the center with all the restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Thanks for this amazing experience!

Everything was great, the place was nice, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The house and the yard are very nice. Comfortable access to the yard with a car, plenty of parking. Patricia is friendly and helpful, all recommendations for accommodation and hosts. We spent a wonderful time in Lido di Jesolo. A big hello to Patricia. We will recommend to friends and come again if the opportunity arises.

We loved staying here - our little boy (21 months) really enjoyed the huge garden space, playing hide and seek and just having fun. The space is even better than the photos suggest - it was quite idyllic. Very easy to access Venice by public transport and to drive to other locations. Lots of hidden gems in the area, and a great place to visit. A big thank you to Alberto for being a really lovely host.

The accommodation is very nicely located, you are within 15 minutes by bus in Venice, which stops virtually in front of the door, also the airport is very quick to reach. The accommodation is quietly located, very new and clean and you will find everything you need for your stay. The hosts are very friendly and help you quickly if you have any questions or concerns. We highly recommend the place.

Paola is a most generous host, both with what she provides in the house and also with her time, sitting down with us to help us plan our trip into Venice, which is easily reached (20 mins on the train). Excellent location for both Venice and Treviso as well as others. Some nice local cycle routes as well. Paola made us feel at home as soon as we arrived and the home had everything, and more, that we needed for a short but wonderful stay.

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! We stayed in Fabiola's apartment for one night and only negative was not having more time to spend at least another day exploring the city! Very nice location, a few steps away from the canal but close to plenty nearby cafes and restaurants. We took the Alilaguna straight from the airport to Guglie which was convenient even with 3 kids and luggage 😊 Fabiola had arranged an easy check-in proactively. Spacious place for two but as we spent very little time inside it was enough for 5 as well. Baby bed, super nice bathroom, clean kitchen and access direct from the street. All in all very neat but still authentic Venice feel 😊

The entire building as well as the apartment look very modern and high-quality. We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. Especially the beautiful, well-equipped kitchen made cooking a pleasure. A real highlight was the spacious balcony with a comfortable seating area, ideal for enjoying the evening with a glass of wine. The facility left nothing to be desired. Since the cleanliness on the beach unfortunately did not convince us, we were all the more grateful for the well-maintained pool and hot tub area, which we used extensively. The pools were always clean and offered a great alternative to the beach. Overall, it was a very nice stay, which we would be happy to recommend. Thank you, Matteo!

Great place. Clean and peaceful. Roberto is a great host too. One AC for the entire apartment, being on the 4th floor, it can get pretty warm. Otherwise highly recommend.
