The place is really great, and I already want to come back. Even though the photos are accurate, the place is much nicer than the pictures tell you. It's a completely furnished appartment, absolutely nothing is missing. Everything is very well kept, and even the kitchen looks brand new. Giovanna also was very flexible with our check in and check out, and she is a really nice and attentive host.

Great private location with plenty of parking right in front of the house. The space was huge, clean, and had a beautiful outdoor patio that made it easy to relax. Just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge bonus. The host was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay. I absolutely loved it here—would definitely come back!

I can’t recommend Clara’s apartment enough! We are already planning our next trip back! From the stunning views on the terrace, to the comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room, to the well-equipped kitchen, to having a washer/dryer, to the easy and free parking, to the convenient location…this place had everything we were longing for. It was a perfect long wknd in Porto Cervo. Clara was awesome and a pleasure to communicate with. :) thank you!!

Carlo en todo momento súper amable y atento, es una casa que ha convertido en dos apartamentos, nos tocó la planta de arriba. En todo momento me pareció precioso y limpio, había de todo. Compramos comida pero nos dejamos algunas cosas, pero estaban en el apartamento como sal y aceite, hasta after sun. Nos entregó un juego de toallas limpias. Un piso muy acogedor, me sentí como en casa en todo momento y muy bien mantenido. Está en una zona pequeña, pero muy cerca de playas preciosas y muy tranquilo, la gente de la zona muy amable y en la entrada hay un bar que por la noche se convierte en restaurante estupendo para unas pizzas caseras muy ricas. El piso tiene todos los servicios necesarios, aire acondicionado y hasta lavadora que no utilicé. En general, una experiencia preciosa que repetiría otra vez, y bueno no solo para llegar hasta el apartamento para ir por la isla se ha de tener coche si o si, para moverse. Las carreteras mejor de lo que pensaba y la gente no conduce mal.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo passato tre notti da Mari. L’appartamento è grande, silenzioso e luminoso. Appena siamo entrati ci siamo subito accorti della pulizia e dell’attenzione verso il cliente. Un sacco di accortezze per vivere al meglio in casa e suggerimenti per visitare l’isola. Inoltre parcheggio interno comodissimo. Speriamo di tornare

alloggio in posizione strategica, vicino al centro ma tranquillo e senza rumori. Pulito e comodissimo, lo consiglio. Il terrazzo è in comune con altre persone ma a me serviva solo per stendere i panni e prendere il caffè la mattina. Davide risponde sempre a qualsiasi domanda.

Apartamento conforme o anunciado, o anfitrião foi muito educado e atencioso. Gostamos muito da hospedagem, recomendamos.

Die Wohnung ist klasse ausgestattet und blitzeblank sauber gewesen ☺️. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Die Unterkunft ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht. Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, super Ausstattung in der Küche. Sie hat auch daran gedacht etwas Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig usw bereitzustellen. Es gibt Geschirrtücher, Spüli, Spültabs, genug Toilettenpabier, Waschmittel, usw... Der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer ist riesig und es gibt sogar Netflix. Den 2. Fernseher im Schlafzimmer haben wir nicht benutzt. Die Badewanne mit Whirlpool war sehr entspannend, das Bett und die Kissen waren auch bequem, nur etwas kurz für meinen Mann (1,80m) - aber in Italien so üblich. Badezimmer ist groß. Sofa war bequem. Wir bekamen einen Babystuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft. Die zwei einzigen Kritikpunkte sind das sehr grelle Licht in der gesamten Unterkunft (nicht so gemütlich), dafür Ambilight beim Fernseher und der Lärm der Nachbarn während unseres Aufenthalts, sowie morgens Hühner und bellende Hunde. Domenica war sehr nett und reaktiv.

Brunella und ihr Mann sind sehr nette Gastgeber und sofort zur Stelle, wenn man Hilfe braucht! Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Wohnung war geräumig, sauber und alles da, was man benötigt! Genial waren die Mückengitter an den Türen! Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, Parkplätze sind immer ausreichend verfügbar. Zu Fuß an den Strand war uns zu weit (ca 20 Minuten), aber auch dort waren immer Parkplätze vorhanden. Wir würden gerne wieder in die Wohnung von Brunella gehen, sollten wir noch einmal in die Gegend kommen! Vielen Dank!!

Soggiorno spettacolare, immerso nella campagna gallurese, nel giardino della casa alti alberi di querce, ombrosi, e una bella piscina per rinfrescarsi in assenza di una spiaggia vicina. Abbiamo avuto la gradevolissima compagnia di due gattini, educati e affettuosi, e con il calare della notte ci ha fatto visita un riccio di terra, curioso ma discreto. Casa freschissima all' interno, piacevole sorpresa per in vista dell' estate che inizia. Dotazione di comfort inaspettati in una casa di campagna: la lavastoviglie! Ci ha evitato noiose faccende domestiche post prandiali. Letti comodi, bagno ampio con lavatrice, una sala da pranzo ampia e luminosa. E sorpresa....wifi gratuito! Ringraziamo Antonio per il piacevole weekend e torneremo!

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. It blew our minds when we opened the front door - it far exceeded our expectations and was better in real life vs the photos. We could have stayed here for weeks, we loved it so much. We had a car but it is walking distance to the local supermarket and the restaurant strip down by the beach and water. Gorgeous sunsets, too. We would definitely love to return to Baja and stay longer. Highly recommended.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Lauras Haus in San Teodoro! Das Haus war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage – San Teodoro und die Umgebung sind einfach traumhaft. Die Strände in der Nähe sind wunderschön und gut erreichbar. Wir hatten ein Auto und konnten die Gegend erkunden. Laura war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, ebenso wie ihre Eltern, die uns herzlich empfangen haben und sehr freundlich waren. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub mit wunderbaren Gastgebern!! Rita & Franco waren sehr hilfsbereit & haben uns gut mit Informationen über die Gegend & Gepflogenheiten informiert. Sie haben sich immer mal wieder gemeldet und gefragt ob bei uns alles passt & ob wir bei irgendetwas Unterstützung brauchen. Einfach unglaublich liebe Menschen!! Graziosa casa vacanze in una posizione strategica perché appena fuori San Teodoro e a pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più famose della zona, ma il fiore all'occhiello è la tranquillità che la circonda, un agglomerato di case immerse nel silenzio. Lo spazio esterno poi permette di mangiare fuori e rilassarsi sotto il porticato. I proprietari super disponibili e accoglienti. Consigliato.

Quel Paradis !!! Nous étions aux anges. Séjour délicieux. Nicole et Antonio très sympathiques. La plus jolie partie de l'île... sauvage, plage à pied. Encore plus joli en vrai. Bref merveilleux.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet appartement situé à Porto Pollo, en Sardaigne. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduites par le cadre : une vue imprenable sur la mer, un environnement calme et préservé, et un accès direct à une plage magnifique. L’appartement lui-même était parfaitement équipé, décoré avec goût et d’une propreté irréprochable. Chaque détail semblait avoir été pensé pour offrir un maximum de confort : literie de qualité, cuisine fonctionnelle, climatisation, et une petite terrasse où nous avons adoré prendre nos repas. L’accueil de notre hôtesse a été à la hauteur de l’endroit : chaleureux, attentionné, avec de précieux conseils pour découvrir la région, et les bons restaurants. Un véritable petit coin de paradis, que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Francesco was very helpful and responsive. I booked the place last minute and he kindly accommodated my request, even allowing an early check-in. The apartment is cozy, peaceful, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Anita's place. The apartment offers all necessary amenities, was very clean and had nice and rather new furnishing. For those wondering - there is only 2 steps inside the apartment when walking to the bathroom, otherwise it is all flat on the same level as the terrace. die to its location and positioning, the place also stays cool even on hot days, although there was also an AC, which we never used. Quiet surroundings, 2min walk to the next beach, at least 4 very good restaurants in walkable distance. We could also take any beach equipment, towels, toys we wanted with us, which was extremely convenient when travelling light. Anita was particularly helpful with any questions or inquiries we had - from restaurant or beach recommendations up to giving us her sky box to watch a match that wasn't on TV - very responsive and nice, without being intrisive or anything.

The host ist very responsive and the check in went well. The old town is a 30 minutes walk and there is a good and cheap restaurant in walking distance called „il visuvio“.

Abbiamo passato una settimana a Porto Rotondo e scegliere questa zona è stata davvero una bella idea. Il posto è stupendo, vicino al supermercato, al porto e a ristorantini carini. Anche la spiaggia si può raggiungere a piedi. L’appartamento era in ordine, molto pulito. Federica è stata sempre gentilissima! Ci ha dato una mano a trovare un’escursione per La Maddalena ed è stata sempre disponibile con tutto. Torneremo sicuramente l’anno prossimo!
