The place is really great, and I already want to come back. Even though the photos are accurate, the place is much nicer than the pictures tell you. It's a completely furnished appartment, absolutely nothing is missing. Everything is very well kept, and even the kitchen looks brand new. Giovanna also was very flexible with our check in and check out, and she is a really nice and attentive host.

Great private location with plenty of parking right in front of the house. The space was huge, clean, and had a beautiful outdoor patio that made it easy to relax. Just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge bonus. The host was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay. I absolutely loved it here—would definitely come back!

The apartment is nice and very spacious with everything you need and the community pool it’s lovely! It does get very hot without AC but the fans did help.

I can’t recommend Clara’s apartment enough! We are already planning our next trip back! From the stunning views on the terrace, to the comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room, to the well-equipped kitchen, to having a washer/dryer, to the easy and free parking, to the convenient location…this place had everything we were longing for. It was a perfect long wknd in Porto Cervo. Clara was awesome and a pleasure to communicate with. :) thank you!!

Carlo was always super friendly and attentive. It's a house that has been converted into two apartments, and we stayed on the top floor. At all times it seemed beautiful and clean, there was everything. We bought food but left some things, but they were in the apartment like salt and oil, even after sun. He gave us a set of clean towels. A very cozy apartment, I felt right at home at all times and very well maintained. It is in a small area, but very close to beautiful beaches and very quiet, the people in the area are very friendly and at the entrance there is a bar that at night becomes a great restaurant for some very tasty homemade pizzas. The apartment has all the necessary amenities, air conditioning and even a washing machine that I didn't use. Overall, a beautiful experience that I would repeat again, and well, not only to get to the apartment, but to get around the island you have to have a car, to get around. The roads are better than I thought and people don't drive badly.

Mari and her mom are super hosts! They were so friendly and provided us with lots of local recommendations from tours to restaurants. The apartment is really cozy and has a great location. I hope to be back one day! :)

Sole's house is even more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It was spotless when we got there and it was nice to find water and some sweet things that got us after the long trip, The location is perfect for touring emerald coast by car and beautiful and easily accessible beaches are very close, Shops of all kinds are 3 min drive Everything was spotless! Brunella and her husband are very nice hosts and immediately on hand when you need help! We were received in a very friendly manner, the apartment was spacious, clean and everything you need was there! The mosquito nets on the doors were awesome! The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, parking spaces are always sufficiently available. Walking to the beach was too far for us (about 20 minutes), but there were always parking spaces available there. We would love to go back to Brunella's apartment if we come back to the area! Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a land hedgehog visited us, curious but discreet. Very cool house inside, a pleasant surprise for the start of summer. Unexpected amenities in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious after-dinner housework. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a large and bright dining room. And surprise... free Wi-Fi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. It blew our minds when we opened the front door - it far exceeded our expectations and was better in real life vs the photos. We could have stayed here for weeks, we loved it so much. We had a car but it is walking distance to the local supermarket and the restaurant strip down by the beach and water. Gorgeous sunsets, too. We would definitely love to return to Baja and stay longer. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Laura's house in San Teodoro! The house was very clean, well equipped and had everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Particularly noteworthy is the great location – San Teodoro and the surroundings are simply fantastic. The nearby beaches are beautiful and easily accessible. We had a car and were able to explore the area. Laura was always available and very helpful, as were her parents, who welcomed us warmly and were very friendly. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the accommodation. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Lovely vacation home in a strategic location because just outside San Teodoro and a few minutes by car from the most famous beaches in the area, but the highlight is the tranquility that surrounds it, an agglomeration of houses immersed in silence. The outdoor space then allows you to eat out and relax under the porch. The owners are super helpful and welcoming. Recommended.

Francesco was very helpful and responsive. I booked the place last minute and he kindly accommodated my request, even allowing an early check-in. The apartment is cozy, peaceful, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

We spent a week in Porto Rotondo and choosing this area was a really good idea. The place is beautiful, close to the supermarket, the port and nice restaurants. The beach can also be reached on foot. The apartment was tidy, very clean. Federica has always been very kind! She helped us find an excursion to La Maddalena and was always available with everything. We will definitely be back next year!

we had a great 5 days at this lovely property, and Andrea was super responsive, and proactively . he helped when the mains water to the whole area as cut. he managed to get a tanker of water in, with in a few hrs so the effect was nullified. he always responded to questions about the area giving advise where to eat , etc. clean, and crispy property. a little of the main road so I would advise a car would be preferable. very recommendable

Great spot for some restful downtime. Agostino and his wife go above and beyond to help get you to the right spot, troubleshoot any issues, & provide a welcoming nature to Baja Sardinia. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We really enjoyed staying at Marta’s place. Palau is a great starting point for visiting the Costa Smeralda. The view from the apartment is just incredible and the apartment ist very cozy and equipped with everything you need. Stefa and Marta were very sweet and caring hosts!
