Nella zona notte - separata dal living - troviamo un simpatico letto a baldacchino. Nella veranda coperta (mq.18ca) è possibile cenare con gli amici o rilassarsi in assoluta privacy. Completa la proprietà un piccolo giardino alberato antistante la veranda dove è presente un BBQ. Parking gratuito compreso.

Mirto is a cosy row house included in a small village (10 units) with a common pool,opened from June to September. Spectacular view of Tavolara island from the large solarium where you can enjoy breakfasts, lunches, aperitifs and even see the stars at night! Ideal for two people, but also for a couple with children (also two single beds available). In 5 minutes by car you can reach supermarkets, bars and restaurants and in 15-20 all the most beautiful beaches in the area! private parking.

My newly renovated accommodation is the perfect place for couples who want to spend a pleasant holiday by the sea, without giving up comfort. Close to the most beautiful beaches in the area and just a few minutes from the square where you can take the ferry service to the island of Tavolara. In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets, restaurants, a bank, laundry and various shops.

Located in a peaceful residence, it consists of 1 bedroom with double bed 160 X 200, 1 living room/kitchen with sofa bed 160 X 200, 1 bathroom, 1 terrace and 1 enclosed garden. Ideal location, you can do anything on foot. Very nice beach 350 m from the apartment, private and shaded parking, all shops within a 10-min walk. 10 minutes from Olbia (airport and ferries). Paid communal swimming pool (100 m away).
