We felt at home at Massimo's. Everything was as it should be and even better. The house was large, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of four plus a dog. The place is located far from the buildings, so you can relax in peace. The garden was large, perfect for spending time outdoors, and there was a large and clean pool where you could cool off on hot days. The contact with Massimo was without reservations. He always wrote back in a few minutes and if we needed anything, he was always available. There were basic groceries in the kitchen to make coffee and eat something after a long journey. In addition, we received delicious wine, and as soon as it was missing, he always brought new ones. On the last day, we had delicious croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. And we hope to return there.

Special stay in Lucia's very spacious apartment, with a beautiful garden and a breathtaking view of the Conero hills. Initially the strong personality of the house took us a little aback, but we were greeted by Gigliola (Lucia's mother) with great kindness. Convenient location for the sea (15-20 minutes) and beautiful excursions (Loreto, Sirolo, Passo del Lupo). Returning to this "home" after our days was a real pleasure. Thanks Lucia! Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted by Fausto. With a translation app, everything was communicated to us. I think his friendly face makes everyone happy.😀 An atmospheric fenced garden where our 2 large dogs had a wonderful time. Very nice that there was air conditioning available. The bed was great! Nothing was missing. Oh yes, the cheese slicer😀😀, but it is often missing abroad😀. The house is located within a small complex that could be closed. The sea can be reached within 7 minutes by car. It's not busy at all this time of year. We had 1 week of 30 degrees and blue sky. Fausto responds almost immediately to your questions. We visited: caves, fano, Loreto, Torre di palme and the sea. We would recommend this house!

Caterina's place is always recommended. We had a lovely, relaxing stay. The area around Sirolo invites you to good food and excursions, we have been to the area several times. We liked Caterina best, the apartment corresponds to the description, the living area is beautifully spacious, the communication was very pleasant.

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delightful, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope down to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding woods, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who did her best to help us with our luggage (our car was too big and we were unable to enter the square in front of the house). The ground floor has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but ensured significant efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really enjoyed life in the village.

Everything was great and as described. Aldo was very easy to reach and provided us with all the information. Very nice contact and very nice modern accommodation in a good location. Recommended at any time.

The place is a real work of art, which manages to take away all your worries and leave you only to complete relaxation. The property has no flaws, cared for in every detail from the garden, to the cottages to the infinity pool overlooking the valley. The owners are then people of infinite kindness, who know how to put you at ease and welcome you in the best possible way. If you find a way, go there, you won't regret it!!!!!

Domenico's accommodation is fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We lacked nothing, the amenities were fabulous and the pool is super beautifully landscaped. For us as a family with a baby, it was the ideal starting point for smaller day trips inland and for time together at the pool. Communication with Angela was very pleasant and she was always one step ahead. Thank you for everything - it is highly recommended!

My family and I stayed in Francesco's apartment for a week. Francesco is a responsive, friendly and very helpful host. His apartment, clean and spacious, is located in the historic center of Sirolo and close to the Urbani beach (a stone's throw from the house, free shuttle to the sea). APT as in the photos. Highly recommended!

Good communication, good checkin and a perfect place to spend the night.

We were very happy to spend a long weekend in Numana at Maria Luisa’s place. Communication was easy, and everything was well organized. The home was lovely and in a great location—perfect for two people. It was nice to have a little outdoor space, as well as air conditioning for when it got warm. The beach was just a 3-minute walk away, and small shops and restaurants were only a minute from the house. There’s also a supermarket nearby. It was just perfect for us!

Mariella's apartment is exactly as described. In excellent condition, in order, very clean. The exterior is delightful, the veranda terrace is useful and the parking space is comfortable. The area is quiet, to get to the sea we took the car, but it is also feasible to go on foot but be careful because the outward journey is downhill so obviously the return is all uphill, but from mid-June to mid-September there is a shuttle service. Mariella was impeccable, she welcomed us in person, upon our arrival we had fresh water in the fridge, a welcome gift for breakfast, courtesy kit in the bathroom and scented linen. Everything perfect
