It's on the third floor without an elevator. The apartment can comfortably accommodate three people and also has a sofa bed. Among the various amenities offered, you will find one coffee per day per guest with a pod machine, tea, and herbal teas. However, we do not guarantee ironed sheets. :)

The apartment is located on top of a hill, not far from the center and the usual services (5 minutes from the Civitanova Marche toll booth). This location allows, on the one hand, a classic situation of country accommodation, such as calm and tranquility, but on the other hand, you are not totally isolated. In fact, we are halfway along the road that connects two towns a few hundred meters away. The height also gives the guest a spectacular view of the surrounding landscape.
