I recommend staying with Federica and Antonio. Clean house and matches the published photos. In the heart of the city and easy to reach even on foot from the station. Very kind hosts, they let us check in early. Their tips were valuable for a pleasant weekend.

We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

Staying from Tommaso to Numana was a really nice experience. The house is spacious and bright, with two wonderful outdoor spaces, one of which is particularly spacious, where we could enjoy breakfast in the morning and relaxing dinners in the evening. The property is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, which made our stay even more restorative. Tommaso was an exceptional host: welcoming and always ready to offer valuable advice on beaches and local amenities, which have enriched our vacation. We recommend this place for those looking for a break of serenity in a beautiful setting.

We were looking for weekend relaxation, we couldn't find better. Accommodation surrounded by greenery in the immediate hinterland of Ancona, whose center can be reached in ten minutes. Roberto and Mattia welcomed us "as old friends," accompanying us to the accommodation (of which we were immediately struck by the extreme order and cleanliness) and providing us with valuable information about restaurants, routes to take, and sites to visit in Ancona. An observation (which is a note of merit) already expressed verbally to Roberto and which can be useful to everyone: the photos do not fully reflect the beauty of the place and that of the apartment, a beauty that is much more appreciable in person. In short, to conclude, an extremely satisfying experience, of which I cannot find any negative aspect. Sincere compliments for the professionalism and friendliness of the hosts... not everyone has it.

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. Gianluca is an impeccable host, from check-in to check-out, he is always present if you need him. The only difference compared to the listing is that the parking space is NOT inside the courtyard but is available (you can find it if you look well at the right times) on Via Pola. This discrepancy was immediately explained to me very kindly by Mr. Giancluca because there is NO way, on how the Airbnb site is set up, to enter the existing parking option if not choosing the internal option. Anyway, fabulous location because you are in the center, next to the station, next to both promenades (north and south of Civitanova) and the free beaches available in addition to the numerous clubs and bathrooms. Highly recommended. P.S. Must: breakfast on the balcony facing east.

Clean, comfortable, cozy and functional accommodation. Pleasant, green area and close to the center. Quick and effective communication with the host, Maria was very nice. I also recommend it for long stays, the house has spaces that allow you to live comfortably (e.g. in the double bedroom there is a desk, in case of Smart working; the kitchen is large for cooking and there is a table for 2 in addition to the one in the living room, for 4). TV in all rooms.

Fano is a lovely place to stay and this is a fabulous place to stay in Fano. Situated between Centro Storico and the beach (about 10 minutes walk to either) it is light, spacious and incredibly clean. The host communicated well and was there to welcome us with any information we needed. A bit of train noise from the nearby railway but not excessive. If we end up in Fano again we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. To the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.

We are very impressed with Raffaele's apartment and it's location. Apartment was very clean, cozy and updated, easy to walk to all the top sites in Ancona and his instructions and directions were fantastic. I highly recommend it, if you're looking to stay in Ancona this is the place!

first of all, at a communicative level we can say that he is the best host 2) took us from the train station to the apartment (which is no small thing) 3) an unexpected inconvenience happened to the apartment, but he intervened immediately and resolved everything. 4) the accommodation is mega comfortable, sea view, equipped with everything you need maybe if all the hosts were like him thank you very much, we were lucky to have done our experience there. :)

We stayed a few days in Yuri's apartment and we had a great time, it was just a shame to have to leave! The house is suitable for three people, the equipped kitchen, the bathroom clean and equipped with spare linens. There is no air conditioning but you did not miss it, despite the heat of August. Access to the free beach is very convenient and in front of the house. Yuri was super helpful right away and gave us a lot of tips on beaches, places to visit, and directions to neighboring activities. He also left us two bicycles, very useful for small trips! I also really appreciated the tip on tuna tartare (special!) they do in the restaurant that is right next to the house! We hope to be back next year!

Staying at Cinzia and her husband's apartment was a super positive experience! The apartment, in a quiet area and close to the sea, reflected the photos and description....actually in person it's even better. Clean, tidy, complete with everything, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom... absolutely nothing was missing. As it is written in the description, you could only bring the essentials and personal things... the rest is there! Cinzia and her husband welcomed us personally upon our arrival, despite our slight delay. They explained everything to us, gave us tips on local activities and were responsive to all our requests. For example, for a small problem with the boiler, Cinzia was notified, after 5 minutes she was at home with a technician....and it was almost 10 pm.....everything resolved in 10 minutes! What can I say... thanks for everything and I definitely recommend this apartment without a doubt!

A very nice, clean and comfortable apartment! The location is great, and everything you need is within walking distance: the sea, the city center, restaurants, clubs and the supermarket. Very quiet area, ideal for a perfect vacation.

The apartment is beautiful, brand new, furnished with care and very tastefully. It perfectly matches the description and photos published on the site. The area is quiet, a few meters away there is a large supermarket and, walking a little, several shops. Francesco is very kind and helpful, he was the one who handed me the keys and gave me all the instructions.
