Ana is amazing, very attentive and very good people, the hostel is nice and very new, the bathrooms, the kitchen, everything is perfect and organized, and the area is great because it is close to the beach and you can look out the window and see the waves of the sea, I really recommend this place for all those people who want to come and relax a little, everything was very good. Two-bed room was very clean. The location is the very comfortable central strong point and close to the metro for those coming from the airport. The bathroom is common but it does not disturb because there is a direct access from the room.

Great accommodation. Mr. Paulo served me very well, all the staff are well educated. important point: I traveled alone, so this report will be valid for a trip for one person, maybe for a couple or groups the experience will be different. The amenities served me very well, a well-equipped kitchen inbreakxe can use it at will. # The only point that I believe should improve are the braids of the wardrobes in the bedrooms, which most do not lock with a lock. And the daily cleaning. I believe that because I stayed 3 days, they didn't clean my room once, they just changed the trash. Of the rest, it looks great. I recommend it!

Although I was only in this hostel for 1 day, I can say with a clear conscience that I slept super well, everything was nice to reach and that the staff were very friendly and helpful. I can recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to the center of the city of Porto.

Really liked the place. Big open layout kitchen, living room, terrace with a bar and a cozy pool. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable, the shared bathroom was very well equipped. Would recommend.

Friendly service and free luggage before and after check in/out. Bread was heated for me when I came down for breakfast. there were only a couple other people in my room and no issues with using the bathrooms

The location is great, supermarket and restaurants nearby. The bed was clean(a bit squeaky but well its a bunkbed) Bathroom was clean and tidy, they checked regularly. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I hurt my ankle, couldn’t bring my luggage to upstairs, they helped me immediately! The only downside is that it’s a mixed dorm.

This was my first time staying in a hostel, and as skeptical as I was, I ended up being extremely happy that I gave it a chance. Urban Garden Hostel at Julien’s place truly changed my perspective. From the moment I arrived, the place felt clean, vibrant, and full of good energy — definitely more of an adult vibe, with travelers from all over the world who were genuinely interesting, kind, and fun to connect with. I actually made some great friendships here that I’ll carry with me. There was a small issue with my bed on arrival, but Julien immediately stepped in and went above and beyond to fix it — he and the staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and made sure I was comfortable the entire stay. The customer service honestly deserves more than 5 stars. If you’re on the fence about hostels, this is the one that will win you over. Thank you Julien and the Urban Garden team — I’ll definitely be back!

This was my final stop on my Camino Frances, leaving amazing Porto behind towards home. Wine made it easiest possible with great atmosphere, cleaned and tidy facilities, heart welcoming and very good vibe. It was nice to meet people set to leave for their own journey. great place to rest, meet, absorb, listen to one's heart. will definitely return, Thank you.

Extremely clean place, very cozy atmosphere and with great communal spaces. Now the most positive point is the location, perfect practically on the side of the subway station, has nearby supermarkets and places to eat, a quiet and very safe place!

I enjoyed myself at this hostel. The place is really executed with an exceptionally good sense of style. There are many aesthetic touches. The upstairs cafe is idyllic and the rooftop is a great addition. In addition, it is also clean. The common area for hanging out is pleasant. I slept well, even though the bed squeaked a little. The employees of this place are friendly and speak English very well. They also provide recommendations for local attractions. I rented a bike at the hostel (it was inexpensive) and cycling on several days (the bike can also be taken to the commuter train). The nature spots nearby are nice. The sea itself is captivating. Maybe next time I'll go surfing! Overall, the hostel had a good spirit. I was even thrown at the train station by car. I also especially liked that there are not many tourists in the Esmoriz area: the vibe is really local. The locals were really friendly too.
