Simple apartment, but it met our needs. Everything is very clean and organized. Marcelo was always ready to assist us with any needs beyond what the apartment offered. Definitely a place we recommend.

The place is peaceful, the view from the balcony and the bedrooms are wonderful. There are lots of restaurants nearby, a pharmacy and shops. I would definitely go back there. The only setback I had was the elevator, which stopped on the first day I arrived and only worked the day we left. And the kitchen was not to the liking of everyone who was in the apartment. But since we only stayed a few days. That wasn't such a big deal.

Great accommodation. All doubts were resolved by Glacir prior to the stay, and we were very well received by Marisa, who gave us all the necessary instructions so that we could spend our stay in the apartment.

Our lodging was wonderful in Rian's apartment. We were greeted by your parents, extremely educated and helpful with everything we need. The apartment is brand new, very well equipped. We suggest some small increments that were soon adopted by the hosts, I believe permanently. The place is very quiet, very close to the beach, to restaurants, markets. 10 Limpeza. There are two bedrooms, one of them with a firmer bed, and the other with softer bed, which pleased our preference. We certainly recommend the apt and the hosts!

For the second time we stayed at the house, and again we were surprised by being an extremely exclusive place for being beachfront, now with a deck right on the beachfront it was even more comfortable to enjoy the beauty facing the beach. We needed a spare tank to fry a fish in the outdoor area and were promptly attended by the host. If not, it's one of the best locations on the Zimbros side. We suggest two recommendations to guests that when staying, take intestinal flora remedies in advance as it is an extremely salty water location, we did this and everyone had a great time. Another recommendation is in the summer, very early, to set up the sunshades in front of the house to protect your privacy in front of the beach and the possible noises from third parties. Otherwise, it was undoubtedly one of the best experiences we've had. Thanks Marcos for everything!!

Estadia was otima, the location of the apartment is excellent and in the building there are several things to do as a gym, sauna, pool, heated pool and playground. Carlos answered everything quickly, we were able to enter before the agreed time and the apartment is very well equipped with useful items including beach chairs, cart and cooler.
