Ground and first floor apartment with beautiful front space/garden. Downstairs there's a fully equipped kitchen, living room and a toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Recently restored and upgraded kitchen and living room, includes arcon in the whole house, big fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, box spring mattresses, deck with complete bbq area, lounge set and big parasol. Parking space incl Quiet neighborhood, comfortable as home but only 10 steps away from the beach!

A shaded outdoor area features two colorful hammocks suspended between concrete pillars. A spacious tiled surface extends along the area, complemented by natural light filtering through nearby windows. A small plant is placed on the ground, contributing to the relaxed atmosphere of the space.

Delicious beachfront house on the central beach of Porto Belo, located in a super quiet and charming little street! The house has four bedrooms, divided as follows - two oceanfront en-suites, one double bedroom and one bedroom with three single beds. All have air-conditioning. In addition to the privileged location, the house stands out for its large living area with integrated environments, and a super pleasant space in the outdoor area next to nature, providing beautiful family moments!

It offers a lovely view of the extensive strip of white sand, calm and clean sea and the mountains. Ideal place to rest to the sounds of waves and birdsong. Situated near the ecological trails, market, bakery, pharmacy, fishmonger with seafood and fresh oysters.

A modern kitchen space features a central island with a sleek cooktop. Bar stools are positioned around the island, and large glass doors provide a view of the beach outside. Natural light floods the area, enhancing the open design.

Close to schooner tours, Araçá Silvestre restaurant, Marques Market, Araçá beach, Caixa d'Aço beach, shipyard beach. It has a covered garage for 2 cars. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a queen bed, and space in the bedrooms to place 1 single mattress. Large bathroom with large shower.
