The place is very pleasant, clean, quiet and discreet. Very easy to get in and out, without complications, as it is a condominium. It has security and a parking lot very close by, which is open 24 hours, for a fair price. Close to everything I needed for that moment. I recommend the apartment and for sure, when I need accommodation again, I will look for this place. Pablo was very kind in sending the explanatory videos of how to get in and out, which was fundamental for me. I appreciate the empathy and kindness. I recommend the place.

Great local! A few observations: Change the photograph, the photo of the advertisement does not give the impression of the place I found. A LOT MORE BEAUTIFUL IN REAL LIFE THAN BY PHOTO, the photo did not demonstrate how beautiful this studio is. The air-conditioning does not count in the summer of arriving in the room, it is slightly cold, it even allowed to sweat sleeping hehe. La Lavanderia has a very complex and time-consuming system to use, I almost thought of going to the mall that is only to pay and use there. I had to download APP that only locked, redo access several times, for being in the lower floor of the building and having a lot of concrete cover the 5G did not take there so it still had to it to the pool area to do this process, and there it is extremely hot even with sun protection. There was no drinking water for the guests, I had to go back to buy because the water from the Porto Alegre tap tastes unhealthy. A market was missing in the building But even with my observations, I would say it's perfect.

Emerson was very attentive and the apartment is extremely well located and very cozy. There is private parking next to the building, which made our stay immensely easy. We were among 4 people, the sofa bed is very comfortable, better than many beds in some other locations. Super recommend and I will definitely return to the same airbnb if I'm passing through Porto Alegre again.

We had excellent lodging. The site met our needs. Safe, comfortable and close to all the locations we needed to get to. The service in the building was very good. The view is very beautiful and the site offers very good infrastructure. Our family had an excellent experience.

Elisabete's apartment is fantastic. Super-equipped, the shower is excellent, better than a lot of hotel out there. Elegant decoration, quiet condominium and ideal for children: it has a playground and a toy library. In addition to having a market 24h inside the condominium for those emergencies. Comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen to make us feel right at home. Quality pots, cutlery, miscellaneous appliances. Super clean when we arrived. I recommend the stay.

My stay was simply perfect! The place is exactly like in the pictures — clean, well decorated and super cozy. The location is excellent, with easy access to the American Consulate. Eliane was extremely attentive and quickly responded all the messages, always very kindly. I felt at home from the first moment. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

The apartment is super well located and cozy. Rafael is very good people, proactive, generous and easy to communicate. The only thing I missed was that there was no water to drink or spices to eat a meal, but the kitchen is well equipped. I highly recommend the space to spend a little or a lot of time, it's really amazing!

I was delighted with such receptivity, Dona Lúcia was impeccable with us, super polite and gentle, super friendly and communicative, clean apartment, bath linen, bed and smelling pillows, a sheet with all the instructions and useful information, we even had manicure contact that attended home, I found a maximum, supermarket near, restaurant nearby, very quiet condominium and family, I super recommend. Hope to be back soon!!

A very well located apartment, with a good layout of the areas. The building is very safe. Quick exit to the city's most interesting places. 200 meters from the river bank for walking and with several restaurant options and great shopping 500 meters away. Alessandra is always attentive to all the details and responds quickly. It was a very good choice.

Note 10! The Condominium is excellent, as is the apartment. Vale every cent. Extremely safe local, even has coffee inside the condominium, and the surroundings are also very safe If you're going to the consulate, there is no error. We went in a 5 minute walk from the condominium, very quiet.
