Seaspray is a traditional stone built fisherman’s cottage in the conservation village of Portknockie on the north east coast of Scotland. It’s light and bright yet a cosy retreat from those refreshing salty coastal winds. Although quaint to look at from the outside, inside it is tardis-like with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. This unique place has a style all its own. Small but open space detached cottage in the heart of the quaint fishing village of Gardenstown. Bell View offers a quiet get away in a comfortable space only newly renovated in 2023/24. All your home comforts under one roof. A short drive to some of the most stunning coastline, Beaches, Sea caves, Lighthouses, Castles, Fishing Villages, Cliff walks, Birdwatching, Wildlife.

Our holiday home is a home from home! Our boys have grown up here so we hopefully have everything a family needs. It is within walking distance to the beach, harbour, cafes and restaurants. A short drive away you will find distilleries, golf courses and the beautiful Moray coast. We spent 6 years renovating our beautiful fisherman's cottage and we regularly spend time here with our boys. We would like to reassure guests that we follow all industry guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety.

Ideally situated with a 1 minute walk to both New Harbour and the Historic 17th Century Old Harbour. The cottage is also a 5/10 minute walk to the local shops which includes 2 bakeries, Portsoy Ice Cream Shop, Coffee Shops, Restaurants, take aways and bars, Portsoy Gift Shop and a grocery store.

The Lodge can sleep up to 6 people. It has a lovely Scottish heritage feel inside and lots of architectural character on the outside. The mantel for the open fire inside was made from elm wood grown on the estate and there is some history to be discovered about the external features .
