We throughly enjoyed our stay. It’s the perfect getaway from the busy city life’s we lead. The villa is beautiful and there is the added bonus that Massimo (the owner) has a pizza restaurant in the town which we went to twice and were well looked after. Would certainly recommend staying

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, on every level with great views of the sea. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking is available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us, it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

We absolutely loved our stay. The hosting is exceptional and the property itself is clean, modern and met all of our needs. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stayed much longer. The facilities are excellent. We enjoyed the hot tub and would have used the sauna and pool if we were able to stay for more nights. The stay was full of nice little extras. Everything is very well thought through. Finally, the nearby town Caccamo was lovely and felt very local and authentic rather than touristic which we found appealing. This Airbnb would make a great base to come back to after full days of sightseeing.

Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay at this place! We got a super warm welcome with some local sweets, which was such a nice surprise. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The hosts were great – always quick to respond whenever we had a question. The location is just few minutes off the main road between Palermo and Cefalù, so it’s a perfect spot for exploring the northern part of Sicily. Despite the road being close, it was very quiet in the apartment. One thing we loved was how cool the apartment stayed – even though it was really hot outside, we didn’t need to use the AC at all thanks to the curtains keeping the heat out. The bedroom stays pretty dark throughout the day because the window doesn’t let in much light. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We had a lovely stay at Salvatore's place. The view from the rooms was breathtaking, the apartment was very clean, and having a private parking spot in Palermo priceless. Salvatore was always very responsive. Check-in was flawless and we felt immediately like at home. The apartment has A/C in the bed rooms, which is a must during summer. The location is perfect to reach Mondello or Palermo's city center in just 10 minutes by car. This gave us the possibility to enjoy both the beach and the cultural beauties of Palermo. We will definitely visit again once we are back in Palermo. Thanks :-)

We absolutely loved staying at Sebastiano and Rosa's air BnB. It was incredibly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Sebastiano was super responsive and quick at replying to messages and kindly allowed us to check in earlier than expected. The location was great for getting to places in Palermo and there are lovely restaurants and Gelateria's super near. We have an amazing stay and would highly recommend.

We had three very nice days at Casa Limon. Werner is a helpful, friendly host. Communication before the trip was great. Werner responds very quickly and gives very accurate information. The place is clean and equipped with everything you might need. The city center and the beach are very easily accessible on foot and you can always find a parking space on the street. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Lovely homely stay and water on arrival. Bed was comfortable and the tv had all the apps. Daniela was very responsive and helpful with recommendations of where to eat around the accommodation.

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house – it was charming and comfortable. The garden was especially lovely and offered a nice, cool escape from the summer heat. Just a heads-up: the mosquitoes were quite intense, so bring some repellent! Most importantly, Giuseppe was a truly wonderful host. He went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable – he provided us with an extra bed and kindly let us stay longer on our departure day since we had a late flight. Thank you, Giuseppe, for your warm hospitality!

The place was perfect, just like the host! I would recommend to anyone. The city is lively and not very touristy, which allows you to discover the local culture in all its authenticity. All essential shops are within walking distance, and I highly recommend Dolce Vienna in the evening to enjoy a gelato for dessert. The locals are very patient with tourists and particularly helpful!

Amazing place, exceeded expectations

Quite simply put, la casa di Gioia is a paradise - the best airbnb experience I have ever had. Agata is an exceptional and caring host. The appartment is beyond cozy, a place where I would love to live. I slept really well there, and am already missing the place. This is a 100% recommendation from a picky person who has high standards. Thank you Agata for everything once again!

Vincenzo was very welcoming and helpful, giving us a lift from and to the train station. The flat is great, very clean, well equipped with everything we needed for the vacation. It is a bit small for five people but still worked great for us (two adults and three 16 year old). Already for 4 or 3 people it is great, for two you will have plenty of space. The location is fantastic, a minute away from the beach (and the bay itself is worth the trip), a couple minutes away from a bakery (you can buy wine where as well!), few minutes away from a supermarket and pizzeria. It is not directly at the bay which is a good thing, as it is quite at night (streets near the bay are active and loud till late). All-in-all, highly recommended, an excellent choice for a vacation. Definitely coming back again.

Honestly the place was better than the photos and Matthias was a really cool host. Responsive and very attentive. The place is well located near the center (10min walk) and very calm with a beautiful outside. I couldn’t recommend you more this place.

David was a great host. The apartment is right near the train station and you are in downtown Palermo within a few minutes. The apartment is spacious and you have everything you need. we would come back anytime!

Such a wonderful stay in Santa Flavia! The perfect place to be if you want to not only relax, but also visiting places along the coast like Cefalu and Palermo. The creek behind the accommodation splendid. So much seafood in the area, and a fantastic restaurant only 5 minutes from the accommodation. Superb appartment with fantastic roof terrace with amazing view of the bay. Good architectural design with glass look through from the bedroom. Good quality furniture and big tv with netflix. You absolutely need a car there to get around because in the close vicinity there is not much to do
