Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, only a few minutes walk from Porthpean beach. Once the Post Office to a private estate, the house now offers incredible volume, space and breathtaking views over St Austell bay. The house is ideally located for many of Cornwalls attractions - The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Helligan, and Charlestown. It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor with kitchen, dining area and lounge plus a downstairs shower room. The Studio is a beautifully furnished, light and airy space in the grounds of our home. With far reaching stunning views of the countryside. It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Due to Covid 19 I have put in an extra precautionary cleaning regime for your safety including the use of UV Disinfectant lamp which will be used between each guests visit.

Panoramic sea views! Gribben View

A perfect bolt hole! Its so peaceful, but convenient for most of Cornwall's attractions and not too far off the main roads. Panoramic views of St Austell Bay. Very close to the beach which is safe for swimming and overlooking Porthpean Golf Course. The South west coast path passes within 0.5 miles. Lots of great restaurants and food pop-ups in nearby Charlestown.
