It's a five minute walk to a long sandy surf beach, local pub, beach-front restaurant, and it links to the famous Cornish coastal walking path. It is ideally located for easy summer holidays of surfing, fishing and walking, and comes with wetsuits, surf boards and bodyboards and SUP board. The master bedroom and living area have ocean views, and in winter you can watch the waves rolling in by the wood-burning stove.

This is a family house - light, airy, comfortable - it's easy to feel at home here. The living area on the first floor is open plan with comfortable seating and a well equipped kitchen. The views across the Bay towards St Ives and Lelant are beautiful. There is a deck off the kitchen and a terrace at the front of the property - both perfect for watching the sun go down.
