Welcome to our fully renovated house in the very center of the village of La Brède, famous for Montesquieu. We are located in the heart of the vineyard area called « graves » just next to « Pessac-Léognan ». The local shops are walking distance and offer lot of choice (3 bakeries, 2 butchers, a grocer…) so you won’t have to go far to fill the fridge ! The kitchen/living room opens onto a sunny terrace as well as a little garden, perfect for sipping wine while watching the kids play !

Located 15 km from Bordeaux, Saint Caprais is a small country village in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers vineyards. The house for rent as well as our house are located on a large, enclosed and wooded lot. The house is completely independent of ours. A parking space will be reserved for you. The 50 m² house consists of 3 rooms, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Everything is air-conditioned.

Located in the village center, the Ermitage cottage welcomes you to a lush, green setting where peace and quiet reign. The accommodation is situated in a former wine cellar attached to our home. Our cottage, in the middle of the vineyards with sauna and private Jacuzzi consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (Nescafé coffee machine and pods provided), a sofa bed, a bathroom and a large bedroom with a 160 × 200 bed. You can also enjoy a large terrace overlooking the vineyard. A bioclimatic pergola allows you to relax in the Jacuzzi all year round. A barrel sauna is also available on the terrace.
