Bright, homely flat overlooking Rothesay Bay !

The flat is situated across the road from the beach (about 30 secs walk) We are on the edge of the town, about 2 mins walk from the main supermarket and about 3 mins walk from the main shopping street of the town. There is free parking at the back of the building and free parking at the front too. We are situated about 7/8 minutes walk from the main ferry pier and you can watch the ferry coming in from the front windows. All in all it's a very warm, comfortable flat and we are very pet friendly.

This beautiful two bedroom flat has some of the best views, looking over to Arran, Cumbrae, Wee Cumbrae and over to Bute and Argyll. The property has one en-suite shower room and a very large spacious bathroom with overhead shower. The kitchen, living room is open planned which just opens up the space and lets you enjoy the amazing views. This is a perfect getaway flat with 5 mins into town and the ferry over to Millport. With only 100 yards to the beach it really is in the perfect location.

The village has a regular bus service. There is a marina , a Post Office/shop/café , tapas restaurant, art gallery/shop , a bakery sit-in or take away and an outdoor sauna on the pier. Cosy top floor hideaway set just one street back from the lovely Tarbert Harbour our flat is ideal for a west coast getaway for two. Comfy king sized bed, fully equipped kitchen, shower and bathroom, a well laid out living room with sofa, tv with netfix etc. and a dining table by the window for village views. Free WIFI and parking on the street outside. Tarbert is incredibly friendly with some great restaurants, a couple of pubs and there are at least 5 festivals on per year!

Since Covid 19 regulations I hire a local company to sanitise my apartment by fogging it kills 99,5% of all bacteria including Covid no harmful fumes or residue left.
