From the get-go Donna has been available for questions, and support. And what a gem she has created in this little house/studio - the outdoor area is at least twice the size - all styled with the same impeccable taste. I would say we were lucky that at the end of September, the neighbourhood was rather deserted, so we had a lot of peace and quiet. Though we did not use the access to the sea at the bottom of the steps (we took the car to find some more easily accessible coves), we appreciated the plunge pool as a fantastic addition to the whole experience. The studio is just the right size, with a large window opening to the balcony, where you can see the sun rise from the bed. The kitchen nook has everything you need - and I have to mention the superb treats Donna left for us. The bathroom has a good size, sufficient storage room, and a window/daylight. All in all you feel Donna's passion in every little detail - thank you so much, we felt really welcome!

The house was beautiful and clean. Very quiet and private place. The road up the mountain was a bit difficult for the car but managable. After you park the car you have to walk up the mountain for a few minutes. We had a great time. highly recommended.

It was amazing place. I definitely recommend anybody who likes to feel nature.

The Villas are quite amazing, modern and very private, you feel to be in vacation the second you get inside the complex. The private beach is literally a 3 min walking and it is one of the best in the island. The cleanliness is incredible. It is the place to be on the island. The man in charge is Spyros, he holds the reservation and his help change your stay from A vacation to THE vacation: he helps from the day before your arrival and sets everything in motion so that when you enter the villas you feel at home. He shares with you the most valuable information about what to do, where and when and is always available 24/7; he also helped with the boat renting (George Boat Renting is another 5-star guy that I suggest you) and wanted to be there when we left! The last night we had dinner there, Spyros went to buy fresh fish for us and Nick, THE chef 👨‍🍳 , cooked for us a no brainer grilled fish (Michelin star!) I just wanna thank them for all the real help and hard work! Hope to come back!

A hidden jewel with two real Super-Hosts! Our hosts met with us at the local church and guided us to the house. - It was a very warm welcome and the four of us felt immediately like at home. The house is designed with love, well furnished with an eye for details and well-equipped. All the essentials were already been taking care of and we missed not a single thing. The charming house and the lovingly created garden are a perfect hideaway. - A garden with plenty of room for kids to play and parents to relax. They have a stylised beetroots with vegetables, herbs and fruits of al kind and multiple toys to spent time with. We really enjoyed our stay and the house, surrounding, and our cordial hosts exceeded our expectations. We definitely will get back!

Very beautiful house. We are a family of 5 and we slept comfortably. There is plenty of heating either with a gas boiler or with the wood burning stove which provides company in the evenings. The host had provided for all our needs toast, honey, espresso coffee, and French. The only downside that is not the fault of the host is that there is no drinking water after the flooding in 2024. Otherwise everything was great.

The accommodation was perfect. Lost of firewood perfect place for winter! Great communication with the host. We will definitely return.

We spent a few wonderful days in Apostolis’s house. The place is very beautiful and calm, the sea is in 5 min walking distance. The house is super comfortable, cozy, clean and equipped with everything needed. Garden with olive and orange trees, big terrace, easy parking, supermarkets in less than 5 min driving, beaches and restaurants in 10-15 min by car. Great place to explore Pelio! Apostolis is very kind, friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend this place!

We had a very good stay at Steve and Fiona’s place. They were kind, helpful, and flexible, especially with the check-in process, which made everything much easier. They even waited for us after our flight to personally show us the way to the accommodation, which we really appreciated. The place was clean and just as described. Future guests should note that parking isn’t right at the property because of the steep, rocky road, so there’s a short walk involved. That said, Steve and Fiona kindly helped us with our luggage. The location has lovely views, and the neighborhood is quite peaceful, with just the occasional sound of a barking dog. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience.

This is a family beach house, back yard takes you straight on the beach of Kalifteri, just next to Costa Kali beach bar (which has great coctails and comfort food, good music and kids -age 0-10 -all over). The house is big and has all comforts that a holiday house can have...We were 8 and could still have private space within the house when needed! The sea is clear blue, no waves and as the sun sets the view is great (mosquitos are annoying but with repellents you will be fine). Mr Giorgos was staying in a seperate house within the property, very discrete and kind man, there to give tips and smiles! Higly recommented place!

This is our second stay at this accommodation and we will try to book it again for next year as soon as we know the dates. There was a problem with the electrical supply (from outside of the property itself). We contacted the host and the problem was solved in remarkably quick time (involving several workers, a cherry picker, all replacing overhead cables). The hosts father kept us informed and made sure we were Okay. Such nice, friendly, helpful people who go over and above what is reasonably expected! Thank you!

Stunning house with traditional architecture, best terrace view we've ever had (quiet pagasitic gulf with mountains, olive trees and picturesque sunsets) and most of all: first class service from Andreas and Aurora who manage guest related wishes at the place in Krassys name. For example: the first day I crashed our rental car into a fence next village and Andreas managed all the police communication for me and went several hours to two diffrent police stations with me... thanks for your great hospitality! any time again!

Anastasia and her mother Ana were very respectful. The house is fully equipped and we had everything we needed to have a great time. Anastasia's mother was very friendly and welcomed us with a delicious homemade jam and a bottle of wine. Everything was clean, organized and the house manual had everything we needed to spend our vacation. We had a problem with our daughter, and we had to take her to the hospital. Anastasia was quick to provide us with the best option, which saved us a lot of time that we would likely spend looking. We were really made very welcome and supported by Anastasia and her mother. The only regret is regarding the outdoor grill, which was not working. Despite that, it was all perfect.

Do not hesitate to book this place if you want an excellent location from which to explore the Pelion peninsula! We stayed with our three kids, 1, 4, and 7 for a month at Alexia’s place and had everything we needed inside the house. The backyard view of the sea and outdoor seating was amazing…we had breakfast outside every morning. The advice and hospitality we received from Alexia was wonderful. Tsagarada has plenty of beautiful beaches nearby (Plaka and Mylopotamos were our favourites), good restaurants, a grocery store 5 min away, and beautiful town square with a playground also 5 min away. Walking trails intersect the whole area. We truly enjoyed our vacation and would love to be back again anytime…maybe tomorrow?! 😉

The place was lovely, it really had a vibe of an old Mediterranean costal house. The place is very spacious and comfortable for us as a family of three with a small child. It was also very clean, which is super important to us. I would also highly recommend it for two couples because each would have a comfy bedroom. The place is super near to the sea, local shops and restaurants. There is a local beach which is ok, while two nice small hidden beaches are 5 mins away by car. Marios was super friendly, responsive and polite. We recommend this place.

An excellent choice, if you want peaceful and relaxing vacations. The view is stunning, house and its veranda are very beautiful and one of the best beaches of Pilion is walkable. Aris is one of the best, he accommodated every need we had, he was very flexible and always responsive. Finally, Mrs. Filio the housekeeper is always around when you need her. We will return for sure.

We rented both houses, one for a month and second one for two weeks. Everything was great, house had everything we needed and the garden was really nice and private. Bbq with sitting area was big plus. Sea was 5 min walking, first beach bar 8 minutes. Beach is bot the best but good enough and never crowded. Lidl is 8 min drive, Volos center 15-20. Definitely would recommend.

It was the best Airbnb I've ever been to. The house was amazing, equipped with everything and the view unique. Mrs. Anna was the best host we could have had.

Perfect place if you need a quiet place. A pool and a bqq is everything you want on a hot day in Greece with your friends. The host is friendly and the dogs also :) For sure we will come back!
