warm welcome, I got a larger room that was free with lots of light and a large terrace. It is very quiet and private, in the vicinity of Filipa and her husband who were always ready and gave great service. Recommended!

This location is perfect if you want to drive and spend a few days exploring the Alentejo. Multiple towns are nearby. Evora is a great all day trip, including the megaliths outside of town, and you get to leave all the guided groups behind. Elvas is a wonderful town very near the border with Spain. Villa Real is a gem. Arraiolos is known for weaving rugs. Evoramonte is close by and has terrific views. All of these towns are hilltop towns with castles. The regional wine is terrific, the cork industry is fascinating, the olives, oranges, and lemons, are great, and you are in the middle of the area of marble quarrying. The towns are predominantly full of white buildings with mustard or blue trim and lot and lots of marble. Fica’s place is comfortable, quiet, and has restaurants, bakeries, drugstores, and small shops just steps away.

The apartment is first class, well equipped and wonderfully located. The ambiance of living in this place is unique, we could hardly separate. We watched the sunset from the castle wall every night. Anabela is a top host who responds immediately and leaves no questions unanswered. I'd come back anytime and recommend this place.

Stayed 1 night with two friends as a first stop of our road trip to Spain. It was the perfect location to enjoy the great restaurants and ambience of Estremoz. Located close to the central square for easy parking and opposite the beautiful fountains and park.

Our stay was super quiet and wonderful. The house was very clean, smelled wonderfully well and the thermal insulation of the house promises no need to turn on the AC. Also excellent sound insulation outside the apartment. Very well located, close to all points of interest in the city. And a spectacularly friendly and flexible host. We felt very welcome. Jennifer and her husband were super great host. They were very friendly and always responsive. The place was perfect for my husband and I. Very cozy, we felt right at home. The amenities were a plus, washing machine, heat and ac, water heater. It was great. The area was really nice too. There’s lots of stores around. My husband and I enjoyed taking walks.

Definitely a great fit for quiet days and away from the hustle and bustle. The home was very well equipped and taken care of. We really want to come back in the summer!

Ghanim was, together with Vera, an excellent host. Very friendly, helpful and seemed to be always on call for our questions. We had some trouble finding the location (due to Google Maps not selecting the right area, Apple Maps worked fine) and Ghanim was very helpful by sending us waypoints and screenshots of the road we had to take. Also the check-in and check-out were very flexible. The location itself is huge, beautiful, nicely decorated and all the amenities are present - from linen to appliances and fresh lemons from the tree in the garden. Morning coffees in the greenhouse were part of our main routine. Can and will absolutely recommend 🙏

We loved the stay! The house is a true haven in the middle of nature, perfect for resting and disconnecting from the world. The location, within the nature reserve, is simply wonderful. Edite was super friendly and tireless. Always willing to help and made us feel very comfortable. I recommend it!

Beautiful house to go spend some holidays in peace, without comdo and with freedom to do what we want because it is not a very close location to many houses. Be prepared to use the car to move to cafes and supermarkets because the nearest one would be 10 minutes from the house, but possible to go by. Beautiful stay for the verao!

Such a pleasure to stay there and what a warm welcome. If you like to relax with plenty of space I really recommend this spot.
