Laid back guest house located close to the marsh and 15 minutes south of the Historic District. Quiet locale with private entrance, large yard and small but cozy interior that includes a queen bed, desk and kitchenette area. Nestled under a grand live oak, the Half House is home to many birds and a barred owl that often takes residence upon the branches. Laundry avail too. Great off street parking. Minutes from Airport, Gulfstream and 15 minutes to Downtown Savannah. Nice safe neighborhood. Fire pit with large fenced in backyard, perfect for small gatherings. Shore Power for RV Cam Lock Hook Up and 5 minutes to camping world. There will be a pet fee of $25-$50 based on pet size. This fee will be added once you book. We apologize if this turns anyone off but it takes on average another hour and a half to cleanup afterwards.
