This place truly was perfect for a family vacation! Michelle is a wonderful host and her home is beautiful, clean and comfortable inside and out. If you’re looking for a private but close to everything place, this is it. Michelle was quick to respond and she took time to check in to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved the home. It was very spacious and had enough room for our large family to come together, but they also had their own space. The community was wonderful, including the pool and the close proximity to the beach! You can take the golf cart to the beach and be at the pool also. That way, you can go back-and-forth between the pool and the beach, which is what our family wanted. Thank you, Majesty, for such a wonderful place for our yearly beach vacation! We truly hope to see you again next year, if not before!

My family are returned guest. This home feels like our home away from home! We love the area because it is quiet, not overly crowded, and not commercialized! Beautiful beach that allows you to have your pets vacation with you! You're allowed to have golf carts on the beach which is a great feature. Saved us numerous trips back and forth to set up for our beach day.

Loved our stay! The house was beautiful and within walking distance to the pool and beach! We also enjoyed the pool at the main entrance to Windmark, the kids were able to walk from that pool to the pizza place and ice cream shop. They had live bands two of the nights we were there at the Mill Mercantile and Social in Windmark! Lots of beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys for the kids to enjoy! Everyone was so nice, great communication with host and will definitely be going back!

Wonderful stay! We found the accommodations perfect for our needs as a couple. Angela was the perfect host. She was very responsive to any communications we initiated. Her place is cozy and was clean when we arrived. The beaches on the Forgotten Coast are beautiful. The seafood was great and Port St Joe, with its restaurants, shops and music on the weekends kept us busy and entertained.

We enjoyed our stay at Kevin’s place in Port St. Joe. The area was beautiful and not overly crowded. We enjoyed exploring each day and the home was clean, well decorated, and just as described. The complex was well maintained and conveniently located. Kevin was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling to the area and would choose to stay here again.

We needed a larger home to entertain business clients attending a charity fishing tournament in Port St. Joe. Hygge was an extremely responsive host and the home was in the PERFECT location and was absolutely beautiful!!! Everything was clean, beautiful furnishings, the community is peaceful with a wonderful pool and very close to restaurants and shops! We attend this event every year and will absolutely be booking Sandy Toes again! Thank you so much Hygge, your home is just lovely and our clients were very pleased!

The house was perfect for our families! It had everything we needed and more. The special touches and amenities—like the fully stocked kitchen, cozy decor, and beach essentials—really made it feel like home. We especially loved falling asleep to the sound of waves every night. Such a peaceful and relaxing getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Salt Water & Sand! The house was clean, spacious, and very well equipped for a relaxing beach vacation. From the moment we arrived, everything was clearly communicated — we appreciated the easy instructions for things like the elevator, hot tub, and grill. The beach access was super convenient with the Mobi Mat, and the beach gear closet was a great bonus! The outdoor shower was helpful for keeping sand out of the house, and the reminder to rinse off before using the washer was appreciated. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we liked that essentials like laundry pods and dryer sheets were provided. The elevator was a nice touch for carrying bags or groceries, and we felt safe using it with the detailed instructions. The hot tub and patio area were highlights of our trip — perfect for unwinding in the evenings! We also really appreciated the attention to detail in keeping the space clean and functional (like trash day reminders and proper grill use).

If you’re looking for a quiet beach getaway, this is absolutely the place to stay! Loved the area, lots of yummy food, peaceful/not crowded beach, plenty of space for all the family. The host was kind and quick to respond plus his guide was helpful throughout our stay. We didn’t have any issues with the house and hope to visit again in the future. Lovely vacation for myself, my sister and her child, my elderly mother, and my pup!! Also, the outdoor shower was fantastic in helping keep sand out of the house.

Jamie’s house was perfect for our vacation. We loved being able to walk to the beach and having a raw oyster bar right down the street. We appreciated that Jamie’s house was dog friendly and had a fenced in backyard. We enjoyed a nice relaxing time and getting away from northern snow country for awhile.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house is very close to the pool and we had the best time on the golf cart and loved how they have a paved pathway for bikes, running and golf carts along the beach. The house was very clean and equipped with everything you could think of! We were so happy that it was a dog friendly beach and house. The best restaurant we ate at was the White Marlin and going horseback riding on the beach was so much fun! Port St. Joe is absolutely gorgeous and I recommend to anyone who’s never been. Thank you Emily for being such a wonderful host! She even did a grocery order pick up for us and had it at the house when we checked in. I give this stay 10 stars if I could!

Katy was an excellent host! Absolutely perfect stay! The location couldn’t be better—walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the ocean. The home was spotless with fresh linens and a spacious, well-kept yard and an added bonus of a golf cart made getting around even easier. The host was thoughtful and everything was just as described. We loved our stay! The home was beautiful located in the midst of pristine surroundings. The stars and moon at night were indescribably beautiful- as well as the sunsets. Staying at this property you can uniquely witness the sunrise over the Bay and sunset over the Gulf! Crazy beautiful and private. The backyard is delightful as well as the porch. We loved our visit at John’s beautiful home!
