There's lots to like about Mary's place, starting with Mary, she's an efficient, friendly and helpful host. The apartment is in a fabulous location,right next to the Exhibition Centre. The main building is clean and secure so safety isn't an issue. The place was clean and had good provisions including some cold drinks in the fridge. The things that let it down are easy fixes so I didn't drop the review because of them, I hope Mary might address it. The blinds are cheap so there are big gaps letting light in at night, the aircon didn't work for us (may have been us), it's a 3 bedroom place yet has a small dining table for 4 people. It needs new carpet and a paint. This is definitely a 5 star place if these things were addressed and the fit out wasn't so cheap. easy fixes! I'd definitely stay again if I knew this was done. As I said to Mary, I'm a bit of a spoilt brat so this may not bother you! location Location !

Nice clean apartment. About 20-25 minutes walk from town. Nice coffee shop and restaurant downstairs. Bed was a bit on the firm side but worked out fine for us. Shower, toilet and sink separated by clear glass walls. Clean place.

I would highly recommend it, the apartment is exceptionally well located with great views toward the city and the bay. Everything we needed was within a 5 min stroll, restaurants, tram stations, supermarket, bakery, bar etc. We will definitely stay again.

We had such a great stay at Tikali’s place. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and the building had great amenities (loved the pool!). The location couldn’t have been better; right near parks, which was perfect for our dog Buffy, and within easy walking distance to the city. It was the ideal base for our Melbourne trip, and Tikali was a responsive and thoughtful host. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic apartment. The host has set up this apartment to provide a quality experience. From the bath robes, linen and luxury towels to lovely furnishings and kitchen ware, you’ll be glad you stayed here. Super convenient location with local shopping and restaurants at your doorstep. Trams outside the door as well as South Yarra train station a quick walk away. Beautifully clean and presented this is one of the best airbnb apartments I have stayed in. Would gladly book here again. Thank you

Walking into Peter's apartment and being overwhelmed by the spectacular is only one piece of a wonderful stay. We most enjoyed waking up in the morning and watching the sunrise or sitting in the living room watching the city fall asleep. Great place for visitors to Melbourne.

Frazer’s listing was absolutely amazing. The apartment looked just like the photos — clean, well-organized, and stylish with a green-themed decor. The view from the rooftop jacuzzi was incredible, offering a full view of the city. There were supermarkets, popular cafes, and a tram stop nearby. The spacious bed allowed us to fully relax and recover from our fatigue. The people in the apartment building were also friendly and kind. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

It’s as comfy as a second home. You get everything, even an umbrella 😆 which saved me from the F1 racing under a bad weather condition!! And the location is just right to get to the CBD on foot or by tram . I would definitely stay here when visit Mel next time!!

Super clean, heaps of space with stunning views and everything you need in this centrally-located top floor apartment with parking. The apartment is within walking distance to the Crown etc with trams a stones-through away if you don't feel like headind out on foot. The black-out, automatic blinds are a nice touch and make for a peaceful nights sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

This accommodation was the perfect stay for our long weekend at the formula, with roof top views of the track to the easy walk over to access the racing everyday. I would highly recommend this for a stay in Melbourne as you are around a lot of great areas with easy access to get around using public transport.

We had a wonderful stay at Lin’s place. It is so well located close to the Tram and such a beautiful walk through the park just over the road. Bonus points that it had a carpark and coffee shop right down stairs! We would definitely recommend Lin’s place and stay again when in Melbourne.

Absolutely gorgeous place, communicative host, lovely apartment. Very comfortable, light filled! The only thing to keep in mind is to be careful which elevators you take coming up from parking, we took the wrong one and had to end up walking around the building- but we never made the same mistake again. Definitely will book again!!

We had a great time at Annes place. Close to the beach for a nice walk or a drink in the evening. Also close to trams to get to the CBD area. We enjoyed the take away cups she provides and had several iced latte from Frankies around the corner. Recommend!

Anna’s apartment had everything we needed for a perfect stay. It was definitely a home from home and from the minute we walked through the door we felt really comfortable. Loved the view from the sofa/balcony both during the day and at night. The apartment had a very light and open feel, was secure and safe and extremely well equipped. The bed was very comfortable with great bedding and pillows and plenty of coat hangers! The shower is great and the air con was very welcome as it was 30+ degrees some days. There is a store next door and two coffee shops - one adjacent and one across the road. Being able to walk across the road for the tram to the city was great. We spent time in the nearby botanical gardens and lots of time in the city. There were Mykie cards available for us to use. They just needed to be topped up online. Anna was a brilliant host who was extremely responsive and helpful and we would not hesitate to stay here again next time we are visiting our family in Melbourne.

We had a great stay at Anthony‘s place that offered us a central base for our 5-night trip to Melbourne over Christmas. With two dogs the location was ideal, with a little back courtyard and around the corner from the Gasworks. A perfect place for a city escape. We‘d stay again!

The house is so open and spacious exactly what we needed for the family. The backyard is small, but there’s a wonderful park 5mins walk, and small shopping center 15mins walk away that I could pick up whatever we needed. Area is safe and quiet.

Very big and nice house, furniture wasn’t up to the mark, dining chairs were too cheap and one broken while seated and couple more about to break, tea tables were very light and cheap doesn’t go with the beautiful house, stand fans was provided but one couldn’t stand nearly broken, there were lots of broken glasses on the clothing line, one of our kid cut his feet and doctors assistant was required, noticed Lily and she acknowledged and willing to help every was possible, that was very nice of her. Overall we enjoyed staying there and wish to stay again when possible. Thanks you Lily🙏🙏
