Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Port Phillip City

We had a great stay at Alan’s place. Great location, very quiet, clean and comfy beds. Alan was great to communicate with and very responsive. Lots of tram options and close to South Melbourne Market, Albert Park Village, etc. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

After a rough start with the cleaner not having turned up James was able to fix this quickly and had us in the property as quickly as he could. His communication was exceptional and we’d love to stay again

We stay at a lit of Airbnbs and every now and then one will stand out due to the personal touches. We had fresh fruit, 6 large double yoked eggs, bread,milk, butter and the most beautiful fresh cut flowers. The house itself is like being at home. We called it the Tardis as it looked compact from the outside but was huge inside. James was very arrentative and obviously rightly proud of the house. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Chantel’s place exceeded my expectations! It had everything and more inside and the location was amazing with the tram stopping just around the corner for easy trip to the city. I loved staying there a lot and absolutely would recommend it if you are visiting Melbourne like I did!

We loved this place in Melbourne - it was cozy and had enough space for our family to stretch out with the extra bed in the back :) The kitchen was well appointed and though we only stayed a weekend we could see renting this place for longer. The location was amazing as well - walkable and close to public transportation. One of our favorites so far!

A very enjoyable stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The location is great, well within walking distance to the city and right by the South Melbourne markets. Would definitely stay again and recommend others giving it a look!

We really enjoyed our stay at Alison's. Unit was of high order and secure parking was a bonus(included in the price!). We just parked the car and took public transport everywhere. Food outlets abound and beach was a gentle 5 min stroll from unit. Would thoroughly recommend Alison's place to stay when in Melbourne! PS. Unit is on the top floor so we had a great view of Hot Air Balloons flying over Melbourne CBD each morning!

We had a very easy check in and the accommodation was in a great location and was well priced. The bedrooms are not large but have comfortable beds and the unit has two bathrooms. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked like it held everything needed. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. The living area had everything needed. Froilan also left some local information that was a nice and welcome touch. Car parking was secure. We would definitely stay again.

We loved Jeff & Melinda’s apartment- incredible view, lovely space to be in, very clean, welcoming touches (toys and books for our 2 young girls, bottle of wine for us) . The location was perfect to jump on a tram into the city or simply walk towards south Melbourne or Toorak. Some great cafes and restaurants nearby. Thanks again, we’ll be back!

Excellent location, perfect for the trains, trams and local amenities. Beautifully appointed apartment, well equipped, comfy bed, great shower and lovely balcony. Our third visit !. Thank you Anne , we hope to be here again next year !

This was our third stay at 'Albert View'. Great apartment. Close to public transport, restaurants and convenient stores. The view is magnificient - St. Kilda Boulevard, Botanic Gardens and the city skyline. Anna is a great host, very approachable and always available to assist with any inquiries. Highly recommended. We will be back again soon - a home away from home!

Was met by the owner at the premises. They are particular about their customers and following the communal rules which I like. The unit is better than it looks on the photos. The bed and pillows super comfortable and a lovely kitchen with and pleasant outdoor area surrounded by trees and greenery. I would recommend to stay here as I will stay again. Much better than hotel and a homely feel.

This was my second time staying here. Host of very friendly and happy to help out. I love that the place gets all day sun on the balcony and is nestled into the trees so is private and doesn’t feel like you’re in the city. Nice location. 7mins walk to Hawskburn train station and a few minutes walk to Chapel st. Comfortable and safe apartment. Would stay a third time.

Spent nearly five weeks in Suzanne’s apartment spotlessly clean and everything we needed for a long stay very spacious and the bed was really comfortable took some getting used to not a lot of natural sunlight but the beautiful garden terrace made up for that .Suzanne was very responsive and answered any query very quickly .The apartment was in a perfect location and we would definitely stay again.

Clean and modern. With everything we needed. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and tram. We stayed a very cold winters weekend and apartment was warm and cosy.

One of the best, most well organised airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. I was immediately right at home. Port Melbourne itself was abit boring but it was perfect for what I needed.

We had such a nice stay at Ros and Andrew’s place. The apartment is great, very well equipped and quiet. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts. We spent a great week at Roz’s fabulous apartment. The apartment itself is modern, clean and very well appointed. We started and ended each day on the balcony, watching the early morning balloon flights drift overhead, and in the evenings taking in the magnificent views of the illuminated city skyline. Locationally, the apartment was ideal. Albert Park was an easy walk, and the train into downtown Melbourne was one block away. We couldn’t have asked for a greater variety of restaurants all with a 2 - 3 block radius. There was a cafe next door, and a grocery/wine store just down the street. As a host, Roz was always available to us, to answer questions and offer suggestions for restaurants, things to do, etc. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and plan on rebooking the apartment the next time we visit Melbourne!

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

Peter was communicative from the initial reservation to final check out; from walking through the apartment door and seeing the stunning view to every part of the visit we were happy with our visit and would definitely book again - shame it’s not available for Christmas week.
