St Kilda Staycation in a Family Friendly Art Deco Apartment

Loved this apartment. It was quaint and just what we needed as family of four. Walking distance to restaurants, Luna Park, beach, and so much more to do. We had no issues parking right in front of the apartment (we got a visitor parking permit from friends which made this doable but Adam and Claudia offered that to us as well and we didn’t need because of the access to the friends’ permit). Apartment was easy to access and Adam and Claudia managed to get us into the apartment a bit earlier and were always responsive to our questions. The products they use were very nice so apartment was very welcoming upon arrival, and we enjoyed the free coffee and tea. Only suggestion would be to provide a key chain so guests can take the two entry keys and put on key chain to reduce risk of losing them. But this apartment definitely will be our first choice when we return to St. Kilda.

I had a wonderful stay at Angela's place! The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Angela was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. She provided clear instructions for everything in the apartment, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home from the start. The amenities included with the apartment were very useful and added to my comfort during the stay. Additionally, having a café nearby was a fantastic bonus, making it easy to grab my morning coffee. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend staying here and would happily book again in the future. Thank you, Angela!

What a beautiful home away from home whilst we celebrated a family wedding ! It is in a fabulous location , easy walking distance to all that South Melbourne /Albert Park offers. The interior is beautifully decorated with many thoughtful inclusions . Such a gorgeous place, we had a ball. Thank you so much .

Was met by the owner at the premises. They are particular about their customers and following the communal rules which I like. The unit is better than it looks on the photos. The bed and pillows super comfortable and a lovely kitchen with and pleasant outdoor area surrounded by trees and greenery. I would recommend to stay here as I will stay again. Much better than hotel and a homely feel.

LOVED the location!! I very much enjoyed being on Chapel, close to Greville street, close to Victoria Gardens, and close to the train station. The convenience of this location, to me, is what makes it shine the most. The bed, sheets, and pillows were also top notch and ideal for a longer term stay (or someone who just really values comfort like myself 😌). The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind whenever I had an issue or minor request, they accommodated. Not all hosts are as kind and accommodating as these ones are so I really appreciated being made to feel right at home. Would book again. :)

This was a great place to stay for a week in Melbourne! The location made it easy to get onto the tram and also included a parking spot so we could drive to other spots. Apartment had everything we needed and we'd be happy to stay there again in the future.

We had a lovely time at this property. My family of 4 found the place to be perfect for what we needed. It was spacious, clean and tidy. Exactly as described. The location is fantastic with easy access to supermarket and shops and a very easy train ride to the cbd. Our hosts communicate really well and responded to any queries super fast. We would definitely stay again

Gioia’s home was bright and welcoming, it is in an excellent location - extremely close proximity to Woolies, Luna Park and the beach - if you’ve a puppy - there are plenty of doggy friendly places around. The home has everything you need, check in was sooooo easy and provided a restful home for our weekend.

Great sleep! I am a very poor sleeper and it’s the only thing that matters to me in an Airbnb. I slept so well at Paul and Dan’s place. One of the two bedrooms is internal and was lovely and dark and quiet and the neighbours were quiet. Even though the property is adjacent to chapel street the design of the closed glass balcony and the lounge and second bedroom glass wall block out any street noise. I would happily stay there here again. I didn’t use any of the other facilities.

Had a really nice stay in Melbourne in this apartment, the place is quite spacious and clean. The balcony and one of the bedrooms have a nice view, although there is some construction next door (however this wasn’t too noisy). The place is managed by an agency so a few extra hoops involving a detailed form with ID being required are needed before check in, but this wasn’t too much of a hassle.

I am so happy with my stay. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location. From the moment you walk into the stunning and very opulent foyer, you are immediately impressed with such an impressive and beautiful building. The concierge is extremely friendly and helpful and makes you feel completely at home. Any problems, your host was just a message away and very ready to respond. Extremely helpful and very considerate. The apartment was gorgeous with plenty of floor to ceiling windows allowing you a spectacular view of the amazing city. All amenities are close by. I cannot express enough how happy I am with my stay. Looking forward to returning again soon. I shall try to stay in this apartment any time I find myself in Melbourne. Fantastic find. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

While the whole checking in and out process was quite tricky - you just need to make sure you read the instructions thoroughly and really understand the whole thing (I had to print the instructions with pics bec my husband and I are visual people lol) - I would have to say that the place was exactly what our family really needed!
