Excellent, highly recommended!!

An unforgettable experience from the beginning of the reservation. The host kicks off that experience with his friendliness and attention. The place is very beautiful, the conditions in which it is located are excellent and recommended is truly easy after such a comfortable, private and safe stay. The adult pool, children's pool, and jacuzzi make the place an environment for all groups wishing to travel and unwind. I am definitely hoping to return soon.

Will definitely come felt right at home. Big enough for 15 people without feeling small. So much room outside the pool clean.

We loved the stay! The photos describe the property as it is, it is super big so you can bring your pets, and the check-in and check-out were flexible. As a recommendation, I would just tell you to take into account that a man arrives at the house to offer seafood and enters (through the main door of the doors with a screen without warning, which we found uncomfortable) since from that door they indicate that they do not have keys, although nothing happened because it is quite quiet but you never know, and finally I only recommend that communication be a little more fluid with guests. Otherwise it is a beautiful place to rest and relax at ease with friends or family. 💙🌊

A super nice place to stay with a great outdoor area that invites you to relax. Those who need a few days of rest as a group are well taken care of here, as both the pool, the hammocks, the open living areas and the spacious lawn area invite you to relax, but also for a few various activities.

My friends and I booked a few hours before and Luddin was very quick to respond and accessible. We were able to check in a little earlier, the place is clean, the pool water is very clean, there were even some guests there before us and they were filling the pool again, which shows the hygiene that is maintained in the place. We really liked it, it's a very quiet area and literally 3 minutes from the beach. The air-conditioned rooms are the best. Highly recommended!

Nelly is a good guest, she responded immediately, a very nice house with 3 mango trees almost in front of the beach, I would gladly stay there again, we had a great time

A very nice place, I would rent it again. Spacious and close to the beach, good A/C Maybe only if they put something extra in the pool, it has some nice trees that give it shade, but in the children's area it almost never has shade, but it is definitely worth renting that place.

The listing was as advertised. The staff was friendly and I support us in what we needed. The beach is a few meters away walking and the house was equipped with everything you need

We had a great time at the house, the number of rooms was sufficient and spacious. The accommodation had everything you needed. Especially a great flexibility with the check-in time.

The place in the “Casita WhitheWash” was as expected, everything was very clean, easy to find the property, everything was very nice. The bathroom is the best part of the house, on another level (if it's a night with a full moon, I recommend bathing at night). The place is very quiet. Everything was excellent. There was a very friendly black and white cat friend who always arrived at lunchtime. (We call him Robert.) It is super recommended to stay in BarriOceano, we had an amazing time

We had a family and friends get together. We loved the spacious social areas, specially the ranch and big pool. The hammocks area is very nice to rest or even take a nap with the sound & ocean breeze on the back. It is really nice to be able to walk to the beach and also be able to observe the ocean from inside the swimming pool. Overall the house is very nice, spacious, the bedrooms also spacious with the convenience of private bathrooms on each bedroom. The only has an issue; with the various stray dogs entering the property at night and tipping the trash cans all over the area. As a result of this incident, my son sustained a cut on his foot from broken glass in the trash. We had to go get antibiotics, gauze and a cane to assist him, and seek medical care in the city. We would kindly recommend considering the installation of a fence or gate around the trash cans to prevent future occurrence like this, as it would ensure the safety & comfort future guests. Everything is very good. Good communication, the place is really nice. The person who helps with the cleaning and food is also very good

The place is very spacious and the facilities are in perfect condition, you can enjoy it in peace, only if you bring pets you should be careful with them since there are toads in the place at night, however the stay in the place is worth it.

My family and I really liked the property. Accessible to the sea and with a good-sized pool for 16. The place is safe with a guardhouse. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and a bathroom. Communication with the hosts is easy and fast. Overall, we ended up wanting more vacation. We'll be back

Everything was great during our stay. The house is as shown in the photos, with a great location and amenities in good condition, such as TV and wifi. The pool had a little detail, but as soon as we report it, they quickly came to clean it. The host was very attentive and always responded quickly. Very good experience, thanks!

We love it! It's our favorite place to stay in El Paredón. The house is super spacious and perfect to rest, ideal kitchen with everything you need, we found everything very clean and tidy, every detail is very nice on the outside and inside. Something we really like is that the pool is private, so it's only for guests, and this time we went with our baby, it was the best option. We want to go back, we hope it will be soon.

Considering that the reservation was in the highest season where the Paredon is filled and similar to other beach areas in the country suffer from power outages, Jorge and his co-hosts were always on the lookout for my stay, even supporting with an auxiliary power system so that we could enjoy comfortably and peacefully. If there are some things to improve in terms of taps and electric capacity but otherwise the house is super equipped, very well located and with a proximity and beautiful view to the beach. I'll definitely consider staying again when I come back. Thank you so much!

We were four friends with a dog, and we loved Jessica's house. The pool and patio area were amazing, and where we spent most of our time. I was able to watch sports on the big screen outside from the pool, which I thoroughly enjoyed. A housekeeper, Lupita, came every day to tidy up, and one night she even cooked for us (we bought the food, but she asked if we wanted seafood delivered). Lupita even arranged for someone to come give massages at the house, which was cheaper and better than the ones at the nearby resort. Speaking of which, there is a resort right outside the gates with a restaurant. It is a 10-15 minute drive into town (Puerto San Juan), but again Lupita can bring whatever you need if you want. Upon leaving, there was something wrong with my car, and Lupita along with one of the workers next door went out of their way to help solve the issue. Overall an exceptional experience, and Jessica was very helpful and responsive.
