Very clean place and very comfortable! It was perfect for our stay. Definitely will be back to this Airbnb again and highly suggest it to anyone looking for a very cozy place to be while at the beach! The pool on the roof was perfect for still being outside and cooling down. Very lovely hosts and were kind to our group!

Excellent 👌 stay with a large green area to share and enjoy with the family, large pool, it has everything in the photos, except for the pool table. But overall a very nice house. 100% recommended

We loved the house, it has everything for a pleasant stay, the kitchen is fully stocked, it has all the utensils you need, the house is beautiful and immaculately clean. The pool is the perfect size and the jacuzzi, the water has a perfect temperature. Byron and Don Hector are super friendly and helpful. I loved it, one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. I would go back many more times!

We had an amazing stay at this beach cottage in El Paredón! The private pool was a total highlight—perfect for relaxing any time of day. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to great restaurants. The location was ideal and njust steps to the beach.. Highly recommend for a peaceful and relaxing beach escape!

Everything was very nice, the rooms were excellent, just one observation, we had a bus with a high roof and at the entrance the bus did not pass, they should raise it a little more, otherwise everything was very nice, the girl who received us recommended a restaurant with food to go and it was very good

Everything is going well

The house is beautiful, a view of the ocean from the ranch and spectacular pool, comfortable rooms, air conditioning that works super well, the assistants are very friendly people and made us feel very cared for. The sunbeds facing the sea are wonderful! I recommend using them at night to see the stars! The social area of the house does not have air conditioning but in reality we were hardly in the area of the house since we used the ranch in front of the beach a lot so it was not a major inconvenience. Another thing to take into account is the pool floor, especially if you go with children, it is a bit slippery but with flip-flops nothing happens, just be careful that people wear them. We'll be back for sure!!

The facilities are just as seen in the photographs, the house is very comfortable and the sea view is exceptional! It has everything you need for a pleasant stay!

We had a great time at Carlos place ! People friendly they even took us on a boat to the closest beach , they offered cook service . He was friendly and fast to respond

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Iztapa, just steps from the ocean and surrounded by mangroves. The property is spacious and well-kept, with lovely gardens, a pool, karaoke, and plenty of activities like fishing and boat rides. A big plus was the private beach shared only with nearby homes—perfect during Easter week. The staff was amazing—Mirza and Flori were so helpful with cooking and cleaning, and Josue, the caretaker, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome (he even taught us to fish and had firewood ready for a bonfire!). The host was incredibly kind and attentive, staying in touch from the beginning and even visiting us during our stay. We highly recommend this place, we can’t wait to return!!

Several years ago I visited the accommodation with some friends, this time I booked the place and I didn't remember that I had already visited it, my family loved it and the facilities are in very good condition.

We stayed at Areia Paredon one night and it was very enjoyable. The entire house was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed. All the rooms had AC and the beds were comfortable. We were located really close to the beach. We loved having the pool to cool off, very relaxing . Overall, the house was very nice and comfortable, just what we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was really nice and understanding, he let us in early and allowed us to stay an hour late. We would definitely come back for a longer stay.

The place is impressive, very comfortable and suitable to spend time with family or friends. I was delighted to have found this place because my family is fascinated with it.

From the time of booking to checkout, everything was excellent, we will definitely return and we will recommend the place ☀️

Everything is very good in our stay. It was a family reunion and everyone from the adults to the children had a great time. Friendly staff, very nice and clean house, and in a very exclusive area. Thanks Danna, Jessica and Virgilio for everything.

I am very grateful for the flexible schedules, immediate responses, and support on issues that require it. Something super valuable was that we had a slight accident on the beach with a construction rod and we were surprised that there was a first aid kit in the house. ❤️‍🩹🙏🏻🫶🏻 That was great! Very nice, quiet, cozy and private. Easy access and well-equipped.

Very good host, Nery was attentive and responded quickly, the house is located near the beach, the water does have a bad smell and something that I didn't realize and didn't see in the reviews is that you have to bring soap and shampoo, because they don't provide it, a couple of improvements to the house and it would be the perfect house to spend a couple of days off.

An excellent place, nothing that is not shown in the photos and it has all the amenities that one could use. The pool was amazing, definitely one of the most enjoyable places I've been to.
