Stylish high ceiling flat with two balconies and fantastic beach view. Recently redecorated to high standard. Only 100 meters as the seagull flies away from beach or a 5 minute walk. Situated opposite a park in a quiet location, the flat is only a few minutes stroll from buzzing old town, restaurants, bars & nightlife. The flat is family friendly. Baby cots, high chairs, basic push prams etc provided on request. Air conditioning in most rooms as Alicante's summer can get unbearably hot & humid.

Muy bien situado, no se precisa coche para ir al centro o playas. Muy cerca del centro comercial, Mercadona. Barrio residencial de apartamentos muy tranquilo y cerca de todo. Our apartment is located in the city centre, on the Mercado Central square of Alicante. It is a very vibrant area surrounded by bar terraces, restaurants, little shops, pubs, etc. The Mercado Central is packed with fresh vegetables, fruit, fish, cheeses, pastries, etc. The apartment has all what you need to make you feel at home. If you are coming from the airport take the C6 Airport bus and get off at Alfonso X stop and we are just around the corner. It’s that easy!!

Nice apartment, 5 minutes walk to the beach. It has a living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and a big terrace, with private parking. Fully equiped (Wifi optical fiber included). Urbanization is equipped with a big pool and a childen pool, minigolf, gym, paddle, social club and playground. Well comunicated with Alicante center or places like Benidorm on bus (stop bus at 100 meters) or tram (just 5 minutes). Near to a supermarket, farmacy and some services.
