The location of this apartment is absolutely fantastic -- right in the Center of everything. Easy to get to the beach, easy to get to the market, easy to get to restaurants and shops, and is located on a lovely plaza. Carolina was so helpful at check in. The apartment is spacious and clean. We did not want to leave!

We were delighted with the house; it is even better than in the photos. We worried about the sofa bed before the trip but it is very comfortable and if it sleeps phenomenal. Toni and his mother were watching over us at all times. The ideal area to rest and unwind to rest and unwind. And the house has everything you need, including oil and spices for cooking. We'll definitely be back!

Miguel offers a superb accommodation 🏠in a beautiful setting with sea views, private and heated pool🏊🏼‍♀️ then beach🏝️ accessible directly via the accommodation🫶. A super relaxing setting🙏🏻. On the other hand, I recommend being transported 🚗to facilitate visits to the surroundings of the tourist sites. 🏖️Therefore we rented a vehicle at Alicante airport with great value 👍🏻 for money to enjoy visiting as many beautiful sites as possible. 3rd time staying at Karl’s fantastic apartment, as usual we loved it! It’s the ideal size for a family of 4-5, it has a wonderful view of the beach and it’s only 50 yards to hit the sand/sea. Additional beach gear available on Karl’s garage. This has been the perfect place for us to visit the Alicante area, catch some sun on the gorgeous Mancayo beach and explore Guardamar. Karl has always been swift to respond to any questions, it has been a joy to stay in the apartment. We’ll be back soon!

The apartment is beautiful, it's a short walk from everywhere. There are strategic hours when you can park. Raquel is really nice and willing to collaborate. The house is clean. Fantastic beds, and the "hidden" room is beautiful.

We stayed at Juan's place for three nights and enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment is stylishly decorated and has everything you need. The location is perfect, you just have to go out the door and you are on the beautiful, large sandy beach. Juan always responded immediately to questions on our part. We were also allowed to check in two hours earlier and were given a water bottle upon our arrival, which was very thoughtful of him. We felt very comfortable and are happy that we chose Juan's apartment for our stay!😊

My partner and I spent 2 amazing months here ❤️. It is better than the pictures. To have your morning coffee with the view of the ocean is priceless. The place is fully equiped, which is very handy for extended stays like ours. The location is perfect. You are in the heart of old town, 3 mins. away from the beach. This made our lunch breaks so enjoyable. At the beach side, you'll find places to eat and have a drink. The neighborhood is just beautiful and lively, with people singing every once in a while, but calm at night (the only exception was the Christmas time, but this is how all Spain celebrates 🎉). The new town is also less than 10 mins. away where you'll find Supermarkets, pharmacies, more restaurants, bars and tram stops. Franziska is a wonderful host. She is always there for your questions. All the thoughtful details in the apartment, reflect the level of care that she has for her guests. You should 100% stay here. We had a blast and we can only recommend La Villa Feliz!

Great place to stay in, near to beach, near to all the restaurants. Apartment is impeccable and spotless. very well Manager and the swimming pool area is a plus for this apartment. 100% recommended and will come back again. Host is really good and prompt at replying

We loved everything about this apartment. I am going to start first with Patricia because having a fantastic host does make a big difference and she was amazing, so kind and helpful. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and more. It is welcoming and comfortable and we felt very at home there. The location is also spot on. We weren't here for a vacation and had a lot of places we needed to get to in Elche, and it was perfectly placed. There are great places to eat very close by, the shops are a couple of minutes walk away. The apartment is close to everything but quiet at the same time. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment.

Maria is an excellent host! She is carrying, helpful, very friendly and welcoming. Studio is very close to the local big and small shops, 30min walking distance from the sea, beautiful views and terrace to take sunbathing or having lovely breakfast.
