Loft vacation rentals in Port of Alicante

The location is fantastic, it is a very short walk to the beach, the supermarket, and restaurants. Torrevieja is a beautiful area to explore, with lots to see. The apartment is very nice, clean, and cozy. It offers all the amenities you would need for a long stay. And finally, the hosts are wonderful people who will do everything they can to make your experience better. We had a situation that could have ruined our holiday, but thanks to Martika and Alex, it was a complete non-issue. I would highly recommend any couple or single person to stay here, you will not be disappointed!

The location of this apartment is absolutely fantastic -- right in the Center of everything. Easy to get to the beach, easy to get to the market, easy to get to restaurants and shops, and is located on a lovely plaza. Carolina was so helpful at check in. The apartment is spacious and clean. We did not want to leave!

Hemos quedado encantados con la casa, es incluso mejor que en las fotos. Nos preocupaba el sofá cama antes del viaje pero es muy cómodo y si duerme fenomenal. Toni y su madre estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. La zona ideal para descansar y desconectar. Y la casa tiene de todo, incluso aceite y especias para cocinar. Volveremos sin duda!

Nos encantó alojarnos en el estudio de Nicole!!! todo muy bien pensado La decoración es hermosa, el espacio es perfecto siempre estuvimos a gusto. Nicole y Adrián fueron un amor indicándonos bien todo y dándonos muy buenas recomendaciones de lugares increíbles… zona súper tranquila La ubicación es perfecta está todo cerca, Nos faltaron días para seguir disfrutando de este lugar tan increíble.😍 Muchísimas Gracias Nicole y Adrian por todo!!!

Miguel propose un superbe logement 🏠dans un très beau cadre avec vue sur la mer, piscine privée et chauffée🏊🏼‍♀️ puis plage🏝️ accessible directement via le logement🫶. Un super cadre reposant🙏🏻. En revanche je conseille d’être véhiculé 🚗pour faciliter les visites des alentours des sites touristiques. 🏖️Par conséquent nous avons loué un véhicule à l’aéroport d’Alicante avec un rapport qualité prix top 👍🏻 pour profiter de visiter un maximum de sites magnifiques. Très belle expérience à San Pola vraiment très bel endroit. Merci Miguel 👍🏻

3rd time staying at Karl’s fantastic apartment, as usual we loved it! It’s the ideal size for a family of 4-5, it has a wonderful view of the beach and it’s only 50 yards to hit the sand/sea. Additional beach gear available on Karl’s garage. This has been the perfect place for us to visit the Alicante area, catch some sun on the gorgeous Mancayo beach and explore Guardamar. Karl has always been swift to respond to any questions, it has been a joy to stay in the apartment. We’ll be back soon!

Apartament zgodny z opisem. Wszystkie udogodnienia spełniły swoje role. Przyjazna okolica. Blisko wiele dobrych i smacznych restauracji oraz plaża 3 min pieszo. Dobre połączenie komunikacyjne. Gospodarz cały czas w kontakcie, odpowiadał na każde nasze pytanie od razu. Polecamy.

Tutto perfetto! Appartamento open space molto carino accogliente e pulito! La comunicazione con l’host, il poco che ne ho avuto bisogno, è sempre stata amichevole e reattiva. San Juan è un posto stupendo dove passare un ottimo periodo di relax

Wir haben drei Nächte bei Juan verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Apartment ist stilvoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt, man braucht nur aus der Tür herauszugehen und schon ist man am schönen, grossen Sandstrand. Juan hat auf Fragen unsererseits immer sofort geantwortet. Wir durften ausserdem zwei Stunden früher einchecken und bekamen bei unserer Ankunft eine Wasserflasche geschenkt, was sehr aufmerksam von ihm war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind happy, dass wir Juan‘s Apartment für unseren Aufenthalt gewählt haben!😊

My partner and I spent 2 amazing months here ❤️. It is better than the pictures. To have your morning coffee with the view of the ocean is priceless. The place is fully equiped, which is very handy for extended stays like ours. The location is perfect. You are in the heart of old town, 3 mins. away from the beach. This made our lunch breaks so enjoyable. At the beach side, you'll find places to eat and have a drink. The neighborhood is just beautiful and lively, with people singing every once in a while, but calm at night (the only exception was the Christmas time, but this is how all Spain celebrates 🎉). The new town is also less than 10 mins. away where you'll find Supermarkets, pharmacies, more restaurants, bars and tram stops. Franziska is a wonderful host. She is always there for your questions. All the thoughtful details in the apartment, reflect the level of care that she has for her guests. You should 100% stay here. We had a blast and we can only recommend La Villa Feliz!

Tolle Unterkunft, modern, sehr sauber, zum Wohlfühlen. Zu Fuß ist alles super zu erreichen. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Bequemes Bett. Einziges Manko ist, dass man in der Erdgeschosswohnung immer die Rollläden unten haben muss, da sonst vorbeigehende Menschen hineinschauen können.

We loved everything about this apartment. I am going to start first with Patricia because having a fantastic host does make a big difference and she was amazing, so kind and helpful. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and more. It is welcoming and comfortable and we felt very at home there. The location is also spot on. We weren't here for a vacation and had a lot of places we needed to get to in Elche, and it was perfectly placed. There are great places to eat very close by, the shops are a couple of minutes walk away. The apartment is close to everything but quiet at the same time. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment.

Maria is an excellent host! She is carrying, helpful, very friendly and welcoming. Studio is very close to the local big and small shops, 30min walking distance from the sea, beautiful views and terrace to take sunbathing or having lovely breakfast. We would like to say big Thank you to Maria as she made our stay as easy, as welcoming, as flexible as you can imagine. We will be back again. Gracias ❤️
