Eileen was a wonderful host for us. The house was lovely, easygoing, clean and well stocked with appliances and kitchen and bathroom necessities. Although there is no air conditioning there is plenty of windows to let the breeze in. The pool was great and big; plenty of room to swim, lounge and relax. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood with short distance to beaches and town. Great location. We had a great time felt right at home. Thank you Eileen

Our family of 5 loved staying here. There was lots to do at the home and within 5 minutes drive/15 min walk. Beaches are really close by and the private pool was divine. There was enough room for both, teenagers and parents, to have some quiet time but still spend time together as a family. Beds were comfortable and the home was well appointed with everything you’d need. The welcome folder was a handy source of local recommendations. Simon was a friendly host, with fantastic communication. Port Macquarie has so much to do and no one ever complained that they were bored! We would highly recommend this home, hopefully we will stay again soon!

Wow...this magnificent little bungalow perched halfway up the hill from Lighthouse Beach (only 80 m away through the little forest path) was a wonderful little haven to get some headspace while here in Port Macquarie. The view is absolutely beautiful and I was blessed with a full moon rising over the lighthouse point and also the magnificent Western sunsets. Everything you needed had already been thought of and was magnificently laid out. The Swimming Pool was magnificent to be able to just jump in and knock off a few laps to unwind from a long day. Thank you Anne for letting me stay in your beautiful little bungalow.

We had an amazing experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Whole family went crazy at the super modernised heated pool. Kids didn’t want to go anywhere and always looked forward to come back home during our stay. Such a serene place to stay and same as described by our beautiful host Skye. Host was proactive and detailed in providing instructions. Stunning views, the mighty sounds of the waves truly mesmerised us. Would 100% recommend to all. Only thing is it didn’t have air conditioner , but i am sure host will get it soon as the house gets extremely hot during the day but at night and early morning it was pleasantly breezy and a lot cooler.

Ann and Mitch’s farm stay was the perfect place for my kids and I to stop, relax and enjoy on our drive down from Byron to Syd. The place was beautiful, spotless and comfortable. My kids had an absolute ball swimming in the pool and playing with all the animals.. didn’t want to leave! Cannot recommend this place enough, Ann is the perfect host, so incredibly friendly and welcoming. Thank you, we will definitely be back!!! Dee and the kids. Xxx

Location- easy to get to via the two ferry options. Both ferries were running all day during our stay. One runs 24 hours. Ferry pass included with stay. Beautiful waterfront location. Very private from the road and not looking into any houses across the water. New kids park short walk past house. House- very large home can easily accomodate multiple families or multiple couples, with 4 good sized bedrooms, two with large ensuites and a large main bathroom plus multiple living areas. The amount of living space here both inside and outside ensures people can spread out. This property is perfect for extended stays given the amount of living options. You would never feel on top of everyone. Outdoor Areas- The best part of this property is the outdoor bbq area, pool and deck all taking in the water views. The sunsets are gorgeous. The boat dock is huge. Our kids caught a lot of fish. Some good sized flathead and brim. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing 3-night stay at Mario's place! The location is fantastic – not too far from everything, yet in a quiet and charming area. The home itself is incredible, and Mario has truly thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable and welcome including a very thoughtful welcome basket with fruit and wine, it was the perfect touch. I highly recommend Mario's place and would definitely stay again!

The long house was a magical place for a family vacation. Kevin and Gudrun were really helpful when needed and provided us lots of space to do our thing too. Would highly recommend for a spot to disconnect and slow down!

Our second stay at the Lake Cathie house and we love it! Catherine is a great host, we'll probably be back again next year ☺️

Fays house is so so beautiful, I honestly didn’t want to leave. We stayed over Easter and it was the perfect place 😊 the kitchen is incredible, a games box, everything is labelled so you didn’t have to go searching and you can either drive to the local beaches or a short walk to the shops. It’s so peaceful, we can’t wait to come back!

From the moment you walk in at Iluka Breeze it feels very homely, clean and everything as described in listing. Location was great- right across from the ocean, close to shops and fishing spots. Even managed to see the local koala as we were taking out the rubbish. Had morning coffee with the black cockatoos and ocean sound. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

10/10! Wow what a find in the beautiful region of Lake Cathie! This was exactly what my partner and I needed after escaping Sydney for a few days. The space was clean, modern and exceptionally maintained with a focus on relaxation with many amenities provided as well as local recommendations making the trip that much more relaxed not having to think. Carla was super easy to communicate with and was extra diligent in providing details throughout our stay also! Cannot rate highly enough and are already excited to return!

We came up to race Port Macquarie IRONMAN - Richard provided us a great place to stay, even went to the effort of leaving us a nice note on the fridge wishing him luck. Highly recommend this place, great location and only 5-10 mins drive from Port Mac CBD.

I would thoroughly recommend a stay at this beautiful airbnb accommodation! It is spacious, beautifully decorated, well equipped kitchen & spotlessly clean. Lovely relaxing outdoor area to chill & enjoy a drink. A very informative book on places to eat, places to visit & a lot of local information. Veronica is a wonderful host!

Modernised functional cottage in a very quiet, peaceful setting, perfect for a stay in Port Macquarie. We loved our stay at the property, as did our pup, who particularly enjoyed the coastal walk accessible from just across the main road. The cottage itself was well set up, with a functional kitchen and comfortable lounge, dining and bedrooms. Definitely recommend.

Mark’s place was a fantastic place for our big family. It was very central to all the facilities, beaches and shops. The house itself was very clean and relaxing. The gardens in particular were a standout as the hosts grew vegetables and fruits which were available to us to eat. They also provided birdseed which our kids loved to feed the local birds on a daily basis. I would highly recommend Mark’s place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ryans place. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. I especially appreciated the extra touches, like wine and chocolate on arrival, a stocked pantry and fridge, and the pool table was a family favourite! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet quiet and peaceful at night. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free experience!

I had a wonderful stay at Alison's place! The boho vibe, with its indoor plants and abundant natural light, created a cozy atmosphere. The home is fully equipped and conveniently located near town and the surf making it easy to explore. I highly recommend this charming holiday house for anyone looking to relax and enjoy their surroundings!
