We've stayed here a number of times before with visiting Port, never felt the need to look anywhere else - so that in itself speaks volumes. Handy location, right near the beach and an easy drive into the centre of town.

The apartment was exactly as described and in the photos. The location is beautiful and right on the beach which was our criteria for the weekend. We were blessed with beautiful weather and enjoyed relaxing at the bar style seating on the balcony. The attention to detail made our stay comfortable - milk in the fridge for a much needed cup of tea on arrival, plugs on both sides of the bed for easy phone charging, tissues provided in the bathroom and a comfortable bed with huge pillows just a few of the touches we appreciated. We didn't cook so can't comment, but the kettle worked fine and the mugs were nice and big!

Great place with a 5min walk to Flynn’s Beach. The property had everything you need to enjoy a nice relaxing stay. The bedrooms were good, bunk beds equiped with extra blankets and pillows which was great for the kids. Large secured backyard and side access which was great for our dog. The house is close to a cafe, pizza shop / restaurant, Asian restaurant and pharmacy, Flynns beach is just across the road. Great spot!

Had a great stay. We felt right at home. Enough beds for everyone and the pool and veranda were well used. It was great being able to see the kids in the pool.

Had a great stay. Unit was very modern, clean and in a lovely spot on the river. Good walking areas and short drive to some lovely eateries. The only complaint would be the internet access which was virtually nil. I don't know if there was a problem at the time as I notice other reviews said the internet coverage was great. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was incredibly comfortable and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. Everything was immaculately clean on arrival, and the attention to detail made us feel right at home. A special thank you for allowing us to bring our dogs — the property was perfect for them, with great facilities and a secure, pet-friendly setup that made our stay stress-free. We really appreciated being able to include them in our holiday. The location was absolutely fantastic — close to everything we needed yet peaceful and private. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Francis Retreat. Surrounds were beautiful and quiet with plenty of space for our two children to play and explore. The pool and grounds are idyllic and it was a short walk to Rainbow Beach. The cabin was clean and comfortable and we look forward to staying again soon.

Beautiful place to stay, very nice and clean. Yes, you need to bring your own bed sheets or hire one. But I am okay with it. Would be nice to have the jetty though, then you might try to fish off it. We had a great time. And I really appreciate the cleanliness of the place. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you 🙂

This apartment is in a fabulous location, easy walk to the beach and has a spectacular view of the ocean as you are up in the 6th floor - just gorgeous! Beds were pretty comfy, furniture great and kitchen very usable with a lovely dishwasher. This apartment is not air conditioned, but a good portable fan was provided, which made sleeping easier! A second good fan would be fantastic for the second bedroom - but that’s a minor thing and we would definitely return to this great Airbnb :)

i had trouble with payments and Joady was extremely helpful and was right onto it. the place was spotless and comfortable, private. Would book with Joady again!! :)

Stayed with young children in Sarah’s place. It was perfect. We walked and scooted everywhere. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay st Francis Retreat. The kids loved the pool and the tennis courts and the grounds were amazing! we will be back! Thanks Joady for hosting us.
