Simple tidy 3 bedroom home on the quiet south side of Hat Head Creek. 2 x Queen bed rooms and a King Single with Trundle. 300m to the footbridge when walking over to the town beach or creek for a swim/snorkel or to 'The Gap'. Has nice kitchen, sunny open plan living/dining with air con. There is a wooden outdoor setting, bbq and 2nd shower and toilet in the laundry.
