Our property is double wide with panoramic Lake View. Access to the beach via a new public stair case 7 cottages down. No direct access from our property. We do not have neighbours either side. We are located in a friendly quaint community. A good mix of seasonal cottages and full time residence. The panoramic view is seen from two of the 3 bedrooms. Our stay on the island for my best friends wedding was absolutely wonderful. amazing views from everywhere we went. and Julie was an wonderful host. Quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. The cottage was absolutely perfect and beautiful. I spent each evening and morning out on the deck just enjoying the weather and views and peacefulness of being away from the city.

Shawn’s place was amazing with the easy access to beaches within walking distance of the home. The BBQ grill and the fire pit were our best place to hangout. The game room/library room is one the best room. We were a group of 4 with 2 kids and the home could easily accommodate us. The amenities provided were good too and Shawn was very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay the The Stone Cottage. It was close to the town of Lexington, which is a really cute little town. We were in the area for a family get together, so we didn’t explore much. The cottage had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. It has lots of windows, which we really enjoy. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to use, and all the appliances were in good shape. The living room had lots of comfortable seating. This place could easily accomodate a family with 2 kids. There as a nice back yard with a fire pit, which we did not use, but looked like fun. We would stay here again.

My son had a hockey tournament in Forest so we stayed at the cottage for the weekend. It is a beautiful home and was very clean. Gail did a wonderful job as a host. She was always quick to respond. My kids especially loved the chips and sparkling juice that Gail left for us to enjoy. I highly recommend staying here!
