Le Prieuré, cottage with private pool

ClaireRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We enjoyed staying at the Farmhouse of which returning to the pool after a busy day out was a favourite of our teens. nice and clean with all that you need to self cater provided. good bed linen, towels and robes supplied. The village is outside of Caen , there are no amenities within the small village and we decided to eat out during our days out and could easily cook in the evenings with supermarkets within driving distance. A quiet and quaint village in the Normandy Countryside with the main towns and D Day Beaches a easy drive on good roads.

Cottage with pool and hot tub

IanRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
What a wonderfully peaceful place to stay. It was great sitting outside in the morning having a coffee listening to the birds singing and the church bells ringing. It was also nice to have access to the gardens with a swimming pool, tennis court and table tennis. We were holidaying to visit the various D-Day beaches and museums which were all within a short drive. The property is well appointed with everything you could need. Arnaud & Jessica were friendly and helpful and would respond to any questions within minutes.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Robin's! We were 3 families and everyone had their own space From start to finish, the communication was excellent and he was incredibly helpful and accommodating. It is particularly noteworthy that Robin got us shower mats – a small gesture, but one that shows how attentive he is and how important the comfort of the guests is to him. Thanks to Robin's friendly and helpful manner, we immediately felt at home. We highly recommend this place and Robin as a host and would love to come back anytime!

Valérie’s place was exceptional! Every little detail was beautifully catered for from the quality linen to the yummy French teas and coffee pods. Definitely the best Airbnb we have stayed in.

So Art 1km enclosed garden near beaches dday

UteRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a wonderful family vacation in this very nice house. Everything is available and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The two bathrooms should certainly be overhauled in the foreseeable future, but this has not damaged the charm of the house. The property and garden as well as the location of the house in a tiny place resemble a small paradise. It is only a short walk to Port en Bessin, the place with its harbor is beautiful. Many thanks to the landlords and also to the weather god, who gave us a week of France in the sunshine.

Arromanches Beach Panoramic, Beaches & D-Day sites

IanRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We were warmly greeted by co host Laure who spoke better English than I spoke French! The house was very roomy and light with a large patio door, the views were great, you could virtually see the whole of the former Mullbury harbour area, I was often on the balcony with my binoculars looking at the remains at various states of tide and weather. Although most nights we chose to walk 10 min to nearby many restaurants, the time we did eat indoors, we found everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped, everything you would need for home cooking and a longer stay. There was good off street parking in a quiet street. Overall it was a lovey place to stay and I would love to go back.

Very nice house and very well-equipped for a good weekend. The garden and large terrace provide space for both adults and children. The game room is really very nice when you have children from 3 to 8 years old. I recommend this rental which is also close (about 15 minutes by car) to sites such as the American cemetery, Arromanches, the landing beaches...

House in downtown Bayeux for 5 people

TerriRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Dominique was so welcoming upon our arrival. She made us feel welcome and gave us wonderful suggestions of places to eat and find groceries. She made it abundantly clear that if we needed anything, we just needed to ask. The cottage was supplied with coffee, tea, shampoo, towels, hair dryer, visitor information, two sets of keys, games, and more. It truly felt like our home for one week. Perfectly located for easy walking to everything you want to see and do in Bayeaux. Parking on street was not a problem. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better host or home for the three of us.
