It consists of a kitchen with small dishwasher, induction stove, toaster, kettle, Nespresso, fridge with separate freezer compartment. The studio is quietly located close to the city center and the Citadel. Great for a couple and a child. Vehicles can be parked on the property. We are 5 minutes from the great beaches of Oléron and have nearby on Le Château: a small pleasant beach at high tide, as well as a supervised body of water. In the city center, there are also children's play areas and a skate park, as well as a performance hall, a port and artists' huts...
