Ideally located in the heart of the village of Théoule-sur-Mer. You will be a 5-minute walk from the sandy beaches, 30 minutes from Nice airport, 10 minutes from Théoule SNCF train station, 30 minutes from the city of St Raphaël and 15 minutes from Cannes. The apartment is completely refurbished. It has an area of 53 m² with separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped, air conditioned and Wi-Fi access (fiber optic). Guests can also enjoy a private terrace and private parking space.

Ideal for seaside walks. Sheets, pillows, blankets or duvets depending on the season and towels are also included. Boat rented to stay at the dock. The apartment is really splendid and extremely clean. Big + of this airbnb is the beautiful view of the bay of napoule as well as the location because you can walk to the beach. In addition, our host, Patrick was really very friendly and very welcoming. We will come back without hesitation.

Beautiful apartment with two terraces, one with an amazing sea view and the other overlooking the Esterel massif. Large pool, very pleasant and quiet, basement parking with direct access to the apartment. Great communication with Florence, whom we thank for hosting us and for her kindness. We recommend it without hesitation and will be back with pleasure.

This is a fabulous apartment. Really well-equipped and spacious. The terrace is enormous with stunning views. The complex was quiet and safe. We had the pool (unheated) practically to ourselves. The water was fresh this early in the season but that didn't deter us. Wifi was excellent as I had to work while there. You can easily walk to the town and beach. Mathilde was very pleasant and efficient and check in and out was easy. Would definitely return.

We had the great fortune to have a great vacation in Olivier's apartment. Knowing the area well since we have been going there for many years, the apartment is the perfect place for us, symbol of all our memories of Napoule and Raguette beach. The apartment matches the photos in every way. It is an apartment where you feel very good and with two terraces that allow us to enjoy the sea view. The railway line is absolutely no bother. Olivier is a very attentive host. We were delighted with our stay and will go back without any problem.

We are absolutely satisfied with the stay. There was a supermarket in the immediate vicinity and a very good connection to the beach. The apartment is absolutely sufficient for two people.

Bright apartment with pool/parking

On our last day Cannes and its surroundings sugeres a black out. No electricity at all, so no lifts, no nothing. Benjamin came to collect the keys and as we couldn’t order an U er he was extremely helpful and kind and drove us to the train station in Cannes otherwise we would miss our train to the airport. I felt in love with Mandelieu-La Napoule! What a beautiful place. There is a supermarket a couple of minutes from the apartment that is a dream!! I can’t recommend this place enough!! Thank you ever so much
