Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Port Austin Township

The house is absolutely beautiful, well stocked with basic needed items and well decorated. The beds were comfy. The house was the perfect size for our family ( 3 adults and 2 kids) The scenery was peaceful. We will be booking again if we are back in the area. Thank you so much 😊

Andrew’s spot is nice for a quiet getaway. Myself, my brother and his son did a little golf trip in the thumb and it was a great place to hang out after rounds. Flat spots for yard games, fire pit. Home was really clean. Good decor but nothing felt in your way. Beds were fine. Bathrooms were great. Loved the quiet and the dark—the stars were great. Nice view of a farm behind house.

We extremely enjoyed our stay! Definitely will return in the near future. Couldn't ask for a better time. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The house was cozy but done up beautifully. The outdoor space was amazing and the yard we was a lot of fun. The charging station was great since I forgot the power cord for my MacBook. I highly recommend this cozy cottage for anyone looking for a quiet getaway in Tawas.

Marlene’s cabin was perfect. The water is right there and the beach area (while small) is private and wonderful to walk down to. Everything is clean and homey. I was constantly surprised about how good the amenities were. As host, she was also extremely communicative which we appreciated. The only thing was that the driveway was hard to find in the dark but that didnt diminish our enjoyment at all. Thank you!!!!

It was a great place to stay, very comfortable. I would like to get back in late spring or summer, the walk to the beach would be awesome.

We spent the weekend in birch run for my 21st birthday! The rental unit was amazing for me and five other friends Kathy even decorated the house for my birthday! we appreciate everything she left for us!

tiffany rocks, super kind, checked on me, house was spotless, good for smaller dogs. comfy and cozy, plenty of sleeping space for 5. tiffany responded almost immediately every time. make sure to bring water to drink, none in fridge. great location to enjoy some peace in the woods and a day at the beach just across the street. if absolutely necessary you can walk from town. little distance but better then the alternative. have fun, thanks tiffany, see you soon.

The Hen House is the perfect place to host family or friends for a little getaway. When I arrived, the space was even better than the photos and very spacious. The location is right in downtown Lexington with lots to do, including restaurants with live music, the beach, coffee shops, bars, and cute shops selling local goods/crafts. There are a couple things that did bum me out, including a few outlets not working in the bathrooms, and the parkinglot not being cleared from snow— stairs VERY slippery— but those are not simple fixes for some airbnb hosts and I get it!! There was a shovel and ice salt supplied 👌🏻 Everything else was perfect and more than enough for what we were looking for.

Enjoyed our stay in Oscoda. The unit is newly renovated with updated furniture and fixtures in the bath and kitchen. The space is very inviting. The lake view was beautiful. Our hosts were very responsive to our questions. Rachel brought over extra blankets to insure we were comfortable. Great place for a short getaway for a count.

The house was beautiful and spacious! We fit 10 people easily, and comfortably. The neighborhood is nice and we walked downtown and to the beach each day. My one thought was I wish there was a washer and dryer in the unit due to all our dirty beach clothes. Highly recommend this house for family getaways!

This was in the perfect location. Right near town and the beach access. The house was very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The Long Lake cabin worked out great for our adventures. It was peaceful and everything that we needed. Communication with the Hosts was great and they were very responsive and accommodating to our requests. And they are close by should any issues arise.

Great quiet location! The bed was amazing! Very well appointed. Matt and Dayna really went the extra mile with all of the extras one wouldn't even think of! Will stay again for sure!

Terrific stay. The house is beautiful with stunning views of the lake. Good restaurants within walking distance and a Starbucks opposite. While the back of the house is private, on the lake with great views, the house opens onto the main road, which has advantages (such as Starbucks). The host, Elizabeth, is wonderful friendly, responsive and accommodating. A 5 star experience.

The cabin was everything the add said and more. We were up for a off road weekend with nearby friends. The cabin couldn't have been more convenient for our needs. We didn't spend much time at the property other than for sleep and showers. We did cook a meal and everything was in the kitchen we could have ever needed. Checking in and out was simple and the host was very responsive.

Beautiful cabin! (A little jealous I don't own it!) We were there for an ice fishing weekend, had a great time and the cabin was perfect for relaxing after a long day on the ice. Very cozy!

Denise’s place is spectacular! We enjoyed the beach when the May weather permitted. When it didn’t, we were so comfortable in the living room watching movies. I highly recommend Denise’s little slice of paradise.
