Sylvia’s house was really welcoming. We had 2 families (2 adults/1 child/ 2 dogs and 2 adults/ 3 children) loved how the house was so big that we had a lot of space per family separated but still together. It was really clean and everything was described as the photos. It was super cozy. We did have one night to bbq and they had all the amenities needed.The back yard was so nice of the canal for night fishing which was convenient. A quiet neighborhood and the privacy fence is a plus. Sylvia was super attentive with any questions or issues which was great. We’d definitely stay again. :)

Two Floor Villa - Sleeps 8!

The 8 of us enjoyed our stay at Mary's Port Aransas condo. Although the space itself is a little dated, the pool was great, the outdoor grilling area conveniently close, and the beach a 6-8 min walk away via paved pathway and boardwalk. The kitchen had all of the cooking utensils we needed for the weekend, and Mary was responsive to any questions we had throughout the process. Perfect place to sleep while you're enjoying Port A!

Coastal Chic Villa #3 - Comfortable King Beds

This property allowed my family to make irreplaceable memories! It was exactly what we needed! The walk-in shower downstairs was amazing. The floors were seriously so clean we couldn’t stop talking about it the entire trip! The beds were so soft and clean it (in every room) had me googling pillow toppers and liens for my own home. 😂 The upstairs back bedroom is extremely quiet, so if you have any light sleepers this would be the perfect spot! The pool was absolutely to die for, it’s on the smaller side but a night/early morning swim was a staple for our family’s trip! We even used the fenced in private yard to play cornhole! The only thing I could warn others about is the tv/wifi connection. The host does provide detailed instructions but you definitely need to have a tech savvy person in your group to navigate the living room tv! We will be staying here again! It was an amazing experience mainly due to our accommodations! 💕

Home located in Old Town! Community Pool!

This was our 2nd time staying here for our annual girls' beach trip and we're just as happy this stay as last (in 2022)! The location is great for walking to bars and restaurants, and with a golf cart it's easy to get to the beach. The house itself is cute, clean, and has plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. I'm sure we'll be back!

AMAZING STAY!! The place was great and super clean. Our pet came and the yard was perfect, we were able to sit & enjoy while our dog did as well. Vanda was the best host, she was super communicative and even had extra fans ordered just in case. The house was also close to HEB & the Port A ferry. Would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

It was a very easy to find the area and easy for check in and check out. The only issue we has was 2 room didnt get a cool at 1 room. The back door also did open or close very well had to push it open hard and close it hard. The kitchen had everything we need to cook and have fun spending time with our family.

It's a perfect place for large group. We were 4 families sharing the place and the kids had fun especially with the heated pool.

Felt right at home with 8 adults and 2 children. Great location. Minutes to the beach. We made some great memories. :) PS-The couch on the AirBnB photo has been updated.

We had a fantastic stay at this home! It was impeccably clean (probably the cleanest airbnb we’ve ever stayed in) and equipped with everything we needed, making our trip extremely comfortable. It was a total of 12 of us and the size of the home was perfect for everyone to be comfortable. The location was perfect—set in a nice, quiet area yet conveniently close to great food options. Communication with Padre Escapes was seamless, which made the experience even better. We really enjoyed the pool area; it was a great place to relax after a day at the beach, which was just a 5-minute drive away. The only minor thing was having to sign an agreement prior to arrival, which felt a bit uncomfortable however it was my fault for not reading that upon booking. It didn’t take away from our overall wonderful experience. We highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

This is our second time staying at this location. We love the proximity it to the beach. It was spring break and the crowd wasn’t crazy like in some areas. Very much family friendly area. Only problem we had was down stairs ac wasn’t working. They brought us a portable right away and replaced the whole unit the next morning. Shouldn’t be a problem anymore. I highly recommend this place.

It was a very clean and friendly atmosphere. The space had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Very clean spot. The time was inconvenient because of the road construction but we made the best of it. The listing was exactly like the photos and description. Our family only stayed for two nights so I definitely recommend staying longer to truly get the best out of your stay. Overall, 10/10 recommend.
