You are sure to enjoy your stay in Rockport. 5 minutes from boat launch. 15 minutes from Rockport Beach and 30 minutes from Port Aransas Beach. **** Airbnb is misleading guests house is 15 min walk from beach. It is not. To get to the water, you must drive. There is no water access from the house. I can’t get Airbnb to correct this. Please do not book if you are expecting to walk to beach. *****

This fantastic vacation home is great for families to share with 2 separate levels, each has its own private entrance and 2 full kitchens. Each level has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will get incredible bay view sunsets off of the upstairs deck. The complex has 3 pools and a hot tub. There are several ponds and there is even a golf cart bridge/boardwalk leading to the beach. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Max 2 dogs. NO SMOKING
