Vacation rentals with beach access in Port Aransas

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Beth and Doug’s condo! It was perfect for families and our three young kids had a blast sleeping on the bunk beds and playing with the corner full of toys! They even had kites and beach toys waiting for them to use, which were a huge hit! Everything was well stocked and clean, and I loved that they even had baby gear like a pack and play and high chair so I didn’t need to bring that for our one year old!! The pool was beautiful and being so close to the beach was so ideal. Beth always responded extremely fast to any questions that I had too! This will definitely be our new family beach getaway for years to come!

Great place! We had a group of friends staying there and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved that it was only about a 5 minute walk to the beach and it was only 5 minutes drive from food, stores, and shopping. We had a wonderful time!

We had a fantastic family weekend getaway at this place! It was exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect, especially since our family loves to fish. Being within walking distance of the well-lit pier was a huge plus. We even met some other friendly fishing enthusiasts during our stay. The highlight for my boys was when one of them caught a 2-foot black tip shark on our last night – it was incredible! The place was very clean and truly met all of our expectations. Chris was great host and would check periodically to see if we needed anything or if we needed any recommendations. We will absolutely be planning a return trip in the future! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

always a great stay! this was our second or 3rd time here. perfect for a small family or friends for a beach hangout. the beach is just a minute away! golfcart rentals right across the way. my ONLY qualm is that the beds aren't super comfy. the mattress was sinking into the middle and the sofa bed had a metal bar running across it. that is a small price to pay though, I will continue to rent this spot from John. hes friendly and works with you! love this gem and we will definitely be back!!

Evan and his place are great! Evan is very friendly, responds quickly, and is very accommodating. The home is beautiful and only ~5 min from the beach. Beds and couch are comfortable. There are dishes, washer & dryer with soap, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. We had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Evan!

This is our second year here. Over the years we have stayed at several other condos at Port A, but once we found this place we will NEVER go anywhere else. Where to start...definitely a 5-star location. The Mayan Princess is a fantastic place to stay, relax, enjoy. Their three pools are the best on the beach, and we have stayed at several other places over the years. It is a smaller condo building which means small crowds, laid back atmosphere, just relaxing. The beach is very close and very clean. So....the condo itself...very nice and high end. This is not your usual place to stay. Jana provides EVERYTHING. The place is upscale and clean (my wife's reqirements). The upstairs bedrooms are spacious and include a private balcony off the master bedroom (big room with a couch and still room to spare....so a balcony on both floors!!! The master bathroom/bathroom is HUGE, upscale, clean, roomy. Every detail has beed taken care of. Jana is a SUPERHOST and this is a SUPER CONDO!!!

Beautiful home, golf cart is a major bonus. Pool was a great hit with the kids, warmer for the pool works wonderfully as well. Lots of beach/pool toys in the garage to use. Having a washer and dryer at the home was huge for us. Would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting an “at home” feel, but at the same time feel like you’re on a paradise vacation.

Our stay at Brandi’s was outstanding! The place was immaculately clean and fit 11 people perfectly. Location was perfect to take the golf cart around and get to the beach and local bars and restaurants easily. Brandi was super responsive and so helpful with any questions we had.

We had a great time. First family vacation in the books and we plan on making it a yearly tradition. Only thing I would change would be a gas grill onsite to wind down and relax. Otherwise lovely home with plenty of space for a large family with kids. Thank you Foster, we hope to rent again soon.

I had a fantastic stay at Kendall’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect. Kendall was a responsive and thoughtful host, making check-in a breeze. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

I can't say enough about this stay. The home was perfect! Impeccably clean and well decorated, spacious and airy we felt at home immediately. The location is also perfect a very short walk to the beach and close to bars, restaurants and shopping and the views are gorgeous. . The hosts were amazing. very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

This was our second stay at Jonathan’s house. The house is so spacious and has a home feel to it! The kitchen is my absolute favorite part of the house. So great to gather in the kitchen cooking as a family with plenty of space to all work together. We also enjoyed the pool area. The adults can relax in the water while the littles swim with the grill going! The host is always very quick at responding and making sure that we have everything we need for our stay. Don’t question it just book this house for your next trip! ❤️ We will definitely be booking this house for our next beach trip.

Loved our (3) nights in this condo #240. The location was nice and quiet across from pool. First thing you see when you walk in is the ocean view which led us straight to the balcony. That was our favorite spot for morning coffee, and warm evenings didn’t feel hot because of the constant ocean breeze. Inside, it felt like a cozy home. Comfortable furniture and beds. Washer/dryer was an added bonus. Loved the spa-like shower in the main bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the keurig! Beautiful beach decor in every room of this condo. Everyday I saw something different on the wall or on a shelf that made me smile. Five minute walking distance to the beach or you can drive to it also. We hope to go back again in the future.

I've stayed here 3 times already and it feels like our home away from home. We love this place, perfect for families. Well stocked. responsive host. We had an issue with the stove and he sent his nephew who was incredibly sweet and great at fixing the issue. We love this spot and look forward to staying again.

Tami and Kyle were wonderful hosts, in every capacity! Beautiful condo in a quiet and secluded area, and only about a 2 block walk down to an excellent beach! They thought of every amenity and convenience you might ever need from beach toys, and a wagon, to bbq utensils, beach towels, spices, etc. so glad we had the opportunity to stay here and we would gladly do so again! Highly recommend!

Super homey and cute as well as clean ! Everything we needed was there and we had a great time staying here, it is very close to the beach and town. I honestly loved this place a lot especially for a stay with friends !!

A tropical resort like atmosphere in North Padre Island. My sister and I stayed here for one night 6/2 and it’s truly a magical place. I want to give a shout out to Victor the maintenance man and overseer of the property. He rides around in his golf cart checking on the property and ready to assist with any needs that arise. I brought to his attention a foul smell coming for somewhere near our condo and we told him and he got right on it and had people working on it in a few hours. Apparently an animal may have died under one of the boards near by our condo. Not their fault but Victor knew how important it was and didn’t hesitate to take care of it so we could have a pleasant stay. Claudia and another lady at the front desk, sorry didn’t catch her name, are very hospitable and kind and ready to assist and were ready to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Amber’s Place Beachfront Condo was great. A beautiful location, the Condo was very well kept and spotless. The beds were all comfortable. Having a nice view to wake up to every morning was wonderful. The host Lori was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. The resort itself is currently undergoing some renovations but had no impact on our stay and everything including both pools were still accessible. The location cannot be beat being right on North Beach in Corpus the USS Lexington and Texas State Aquarium were less than a mile and tons of lil shops and beach side restaurants and bars in walking distance. Would definitely stay again in the future.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay, finding the place was very easy. The Condo is just as pictured. The place was clean and comfortable. There was a dehumidifier in the room which I loved along with a fan. The kitchen has all the equipment needed to make our meals with no issues. The restroom was stocked with some basic hygiene items that you may need incase you have forgotten to bring them. The bed was very comfortable along with the pillows and linens.
