Beach condo vacation rentals in Port Aransas

The condo has a wonderful view of the water & even the sunrise from the back windows! Very close walking distance to the water. There is a retaining wall and a couple steps to walk down to get to the beach area. The tide happened to be high directly in front of the unit/retaining wall, so it was a little narrow for a canopy & having multiple kids with cars driving by, but we just walked a few steps down the beach and set up and it was perfect!! At the front door of the unit the pool and even a kiddie pool is right outside the door, and just a few steps away are the outdoor showers! The condo was very clean & put together. Jason was very friendly, accomodating, and had great communication & was quick to get back to us with any questions we had! It was also more affordable compared to other condos right on the water! Overall a wonderful stay & loved that we could just walk to and from the beach so easily!

This was either the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed at Kim's place and it never disappoints. She has done such a great job making us feel welcomed. Her decorations blend in with being at the beach. She had on plaques on the wall with lyrics from songs. It was fun trying to guess which song the various lyrics went too. All in all we enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking again in the future. Thank you Kim for making it a very pleasurable experience for myself and my family.

A Lil’ Beach was fantastic- clean, quiet, and walkable to the beach with two little kids!

I am giving a 5 star review as the condo, pool, beach access and playground were perfect! Clean and well put together. Here is just a you may want to know part and what almost got a 4 star review. The downstairs lady will accost you upon check in. Then try to be nice after she has just made you question your choice of a place to stay. Bring blankets if you get chilled, there is only one spare in the whole condo. Bring Beach towels/Pool towels as there are not any. I did text when we left, we checked out about 30 min early and I let them know so they could have the cleaning crew start, I get it its busy and every min counts. I got a call at 11 telling me I was being charged an extra 50 dollars for late check out and when were we leaving? We left at 9:30! So check in and check out were lets face it awful. But the in-between gave them the 5 stars.

I didn’t spend a lot of time in the space, but it was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The bed was cozy, and check-in/out was super simple with clear directions from the host. It’s an easy walk to a nice public beach with bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Way better (and cheaper) than staying in a hotel—thank you! I would stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay!!! it was small and quaint and we were very satisfied with everything! Thank you again for allowing us to enjoy your vacation home.

This was our second time staying here and everything was amazing. Billie is a great host and always makes sure she is available if needed. The place is always spotless and I highly recommend you stay here!

Lisa's place is a hidden gem! It is on the first floor, with easy access. The place has been remodeled to feel like a hotel. The king bed was very comfortable- with all the pillow options. The bathroom was clean, with fluffy towels and amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed- including coffee to last for days. And the living room was perfect for the two of us for relaxing and overlooking the water. Lisa was always responsive and helped us with any questions we had. We look forward to returning!

We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend at Lorie’s place! The beach was a quick 2 minute walk and there are plenty of restaurants close by. The condo was just as pictured and everything was neat and organized. We appreciated Lorie accommodating us last minute for a quick Mother’s Day trip and for her quick response to questions. Can’t wait to stay again!

We loved our stay at The Flamingo House! The pool is just steps out the front door, and the beach isn’t far away. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. The condo has pretty much everything you need for your stay, especially the kitchen which is fully stocked. Edward was helpful and kind, and responded quickly to any questions we had — even went and bought beach towels for the condo when we asked if they had any available. The pool was always clean and we were the only ones there most of the time, which was great! It’s just a short walk to Cinnamon Shore where there is shopping, a few restaurants, and a wonderful coffee shop, and just a short drive into Port A. Would highly recommend staying at The Flamingo House!

This was the perfect place for our weekend beach getaway! The condo is within walking distance from the beach and has lots of amenities attached. The pool, outdoor rinse stations, and gym on site were such awesome additions to our trip. It was clean, convenient, and just what we expected. Courtney was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process! You’re definitely getting your moneys worth when choosing this spot!!!

They were the best host we ever had!! Super communicative and the place was organized and extremely clean. It was so easy to find and I run the beach so the beach was not even a 5 min walk. Everyone that stayed or lived there were extremely friendly! The pool and hot tub were extremely clean also. I truly enjoyed the stay! I highly recommend them.

This is my second time using this place. It’s become a favorite of mine when traveling to Port A. Can’t speak enough about the space, location, and overall management. We actually used the pool this time and it was great! Very clean. Overall great stay! Will continue to use this condo when visiting Port A!

this place was amazing! we stayed with 2 adults and 2 young children (11 mo and 3) and felt extremely comfortable the entire time! the location is great for beach access and restaurants. Lucy was kind and responsive. we had an amazing time and will be back!

I loved this place! it was exactly what I was looking for while I was in corpus. The place was beautiful, and very homey. It's super close to the beach (not even a 5 minute drive) which I loved. I forget the name of the restaurant by condo but it was so good! and within walking distance which was a plus. Diane was great at communicating and responded super quick! I would definitely book again.

This is a great place to stay, had good views of canals, spacious balcony, very cleans house with lots of extra amenities. Evan is a great host and was very helpful when needed.

Awesome time place was great. It was just me and my girlfriend so we didn’t really dirty anything we made sure we washed any dishes or anything like that. I gotta say this is the first time that I’ve ever had a Airbnb that got us to do our own laundry.. other than that it was great people were friendly around. We love the quiet.

We have stayed at a few condos here and this one so far is our favorite..well stocked even with extras like bug spray and sunscreen if you needed them.We had our own but still was nice to see.☺️The only thing I wanted that I couldn’t find was floor cleaner cuz I like to clean before I go to bed but very beautiful and well kept ..definitely will be back !!

Amazing place, fish was great off the dock

We took our family here for Mother’s Day weekend and had an absolute blast. The whole complex is beautiful and walking distance to whitecap beach, pool and fitness center is resort like. The condo itself literally has everything you need and more, everything listed on the amenities is there. Our daughter is begging to go back to the “yellow house” so we will be returning for sure. Just keep in mind the unit is rather small, for 3 of us it was perfect. But overall a fantastic place to visit and a perfect location.

My second time here, it was fantastic. Fishing right off the deck in the morning and evening was fantastic. Generally quiet complex. Very friendly people and a great host.
