Hytten ligger 10 minutter fra Skaidi, 1 time fra Alta/Hammerfest og ca 1,5 timer fra Nordkapp. Det er et sentralt og godt utgangspunkt dersom man vil utforske alt Vest Finnmark har å by på. Innlagt vann. Sommer parkering: ca 70 meter fra hytta. Vinter parkering: ca 500 meter fra hytta. Man må da gå ca 500 meter til hytten. Gode sko, klær og hodelykt må medbringes.

If you are more than 4, there is a sofa for sleeping. If you need a car, I have a ford Mondeo for rent. 800 NOK pr day. The 3rd bedrooms is the small cabin nearest the sea. The upper cabin can be used by other guests, and has a kitchenette outside this cabin. So it might be some noise from others

If you come from abroad, the easiest way to get here is to fly to Alta and rent a car. Getting from Alta to Kokelv is about 2 hours. You can access by car to the front of the entrance area. The house contains 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds and a TV room with a double sofa bed.

We spent two weeks of hiking, reading and leisure in this wonderful area; wherever we walk, the view is amazing, whomever we meet, we experience friendliness, whenever we return to the house, we can feel a warm welcome. Thanks to the sharing of some moltebær, we could find some ripe fruits, which we now dared to eat - as delicious, as the ones, Laila provided. The two weeks fly away in a flash... Though, we just left, the desire to return starts growing.

We were lucky to have Elin’s place available for the period desired as we booked quite last min. The location was excellent close to the water and trails and a small Coop, and sheep and reindeers roaming nearby. The house was well laid out and comfortable with supplies needed for our stay. We were even able to charge our car on site. The best was the fenced yard where our dog could run free and we played frisbee for some time. We had sunny weather one day and were able to sit outside for lunch, enjoying the tranquility. Elin gave detailed good instructions for check in and directions and always responded promptly. Highly recommended!

Amazing - very good surrounding, very spacious house, stunning view - best Airbnb experience ever. We arrived and the fireplace was running - it was a very warm welcome. Everything was on it spot nothing was missing. The Sauna was exraordinary good. We enjoyed the whole stay and we surely want to come back as soon as possible. The host was very kind and could help us out very quickly. She answered so fast you, would not belive it. Awesome! This is an Airbnb everybody is looking for - keep going. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel chez Silje. 😊 Même si nous n’avons pas eu le plaisir de la rencontrer en personne, elle avait préparé la maison avec soin et attention pour nous et nos chiens. La maison était très agréable (propre, rangée et accueillante), elle est située dans un village calme avec une magnifique vue. Nous avons pu profiter de la nature en faisant beaucoup de randonnées et de photographie animalière. Nous avons également visité le Nord cap. En résumé, un super séjour ! 🤗

Das Apartment ist deutlich schöner, als auf den Fotos, hat überall Fußbodenheizung, eine super ausgestattete Küche, sehr gemütliche Betten mit hochwertiger Bettwäsche (das Schlafsofa ist wie ein Bett). Nach der Sauna auf der Terrasse die Aussicht auf das Wasser genießen. Damit das niemanden mehr passiert, eine kurze Anweisung zum Check-in. Heli weiß noch nicht, wie man die Direktnachrichten an den Gastgeber liest, deshalb haben wir zum Check-in keinerlei Anweisungen erhalten, was in unserem Fall zu viel Stress mit der Airbnb Hotline geführt hat, die Heli auch telefonisch nicht erreichen konnten. Schlussendlich gab es überhaupt kein Problem, weil das Apartment in einem Haus auf einem Campingplatz mit einer Rezeption steht. Wir sind (nachdem wir am Nordkapp waren) auf gut Glück hingefahren und die wussten sofort wer wir sind und waren sehr dankbar über die Informationen zum Umgang mit Airbnb und der Kommunikation. Das Haus, der Ort, die Sauberkeit, die Lage sind ganz klar 5 Sterne 🙏🏻🩷

Wat een perfect huisje, en wat een echte gastvrouw is de eigenaar. Er ontbrak ons aan niets. Heerlijk fris, heerlijke bedden. we vinden het jammer dat we maar, 2 nachten hadden geboekt. we hadden hier ook echt wel langer willen verblijven. Al was de prijs dubbel was hadden we dit niet willen missen. Kortom, dit huisje moet je boeken en wat een lieve gastvrouw. we komen zeker terug
