Facing south, the living room is surrounded by beautiful landscaped terraces overlooking a lovely 400 m² garden with trees and a heated swimming pool in high season, weather permitting! Near Le Cap, we also rent out electric bicycles for discovering the surrounding area!

the pool is open from April to November 15 and heated to 28 degrees, its use is shared it is accessible from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Located near Paimpol, it is a small house located 300 meters from the sea and the beach in a quiet and rural environment. You will enjoy the great outdoors and beautiful walks on the beach or coastal trails Some evenings, at your request, I will heat the Nordic bath and you will relax in water at nearly 40 degrees.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS QUIET, WE ASK YOU TO RESPECT THE NEIGHBORHOOD BY NOT STAYING ON THE TERRACE OR IN THE HOT TUB AFTER 10:30 PM, a noise detector alerts you by message if you are too noisy. The interior of the house is well insulated so you can continue your evenings without worries inside!
