Our longhouse is 2km from the beaches of the Baie de St-Brieuc, in the heart of the Côtes d 'Armor. It dates back to the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2023 with care. Its large garden of more than 1000m2 is located in a natural environment, in absolute calm and close to the sea (2km), including the beautiful Rosaries beach and the seaside resort of Binic. This family longhouse is the ideal place for holidays or weekends with friends for a quiet stay guaranteed.

The 1880 Breton farmhouse is very close to the sea and at the foot of a pretty wood. Ideal location for this 100 m2 house, with 3 bedrooms, completely renovated in 2021. You will enjoy its calm and direct proximity to the sea, the GR 34, the forest and the highways. You can relax either on its very bright veranda, on its terrace or in its 500 m2 enclosed garden that is not overlooked. Shops located 18 minutes' walk away, bus stop nearby. Close to Binic, Plérin and St. Brieuc.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Completely refurbished apartment, bright and fully equipped. It is located on the 1st floor of a secure building with a digicode. 50 m from restaurants and shops 100 m from the port 200 m from La Banche beach. the accommodation has an equipped kitchen, TV with orange decoder and chromcast. Linens and towels are provided. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed (160 x 200) and a sofa bed in the living room.

Come and recharge your batteries in a brand new and carefully decorated home. It is located in a quiet environment and only 1.6 km from the beaches and the GR34. Guests can enjoy a relaxing moment on the balcony. Ideal for family time, you will find local shops (bakery, fishmonger, caterer, pharmacy...) just 5 minutes from the accommodation. Charming typical Breton gîte "Ti Quartier"

This cottage has lots of charm and is furnished with care. Great for couples with 1 child. On the ground floor is the living-dining area, an equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, Senseo coffee machine) as well as the bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, an open bedroom that offers a warm atmosphere. We have 2 beds, the first 160*200cm and the second 90*190cm. welcome kit Bed sheet and towels are available at an extra cost.

Au Vau Madec – Eco-Responsible & Zero Waste Cottage

The "Au Vau Madec" accommodation is located in Pordic, between Saint Brieuc and Binic in a very quiet area in the heart of nature. The hiking trails (GR34, TroBreizh, or Véloroute...), the sea and its pebble beach are minutes away via a small forest trail located at the foot of our property. Committed to an eco-responsible and zero-waste approach within our family, we apply this same philosophy of life within the cottage.
